"Moved in couple of months ago. This is my first experience renting an apt. Linda was a lifesaver she helped a lot to make my move in process easy & fast. I was in couple of apartments before stadium700 but I never felt welcomed anywhere except this place. This apartment is very well maintained by Linda. I rarely face any issues with the apartment."

"Linda and her team are very welcoming and they do fun events all the time for the residents. There may be some issues(heating/plumbing) that occur with the apartment sometimes. But the apartment staff are really good at fixing stuff and they do it the same day!! Unlike other apartments I have stayed in, they respect you and treat you right."
"Great community to live in, been here for about 1 year now and it’s been a pretty good experience. No problems with pest and I’m still enjoying the upgrades in my apartment. Linda always goes the extra mile to provide fantastic customer service. She is hands down the BEST at what she does. I would highly recommend Stadium 700 to any and everyone."
