"When I lost my job due to the pandemic, I called and spoke to Terrie the manager and she was happy to work with me. She even provided me with information to local programs assisting people going through a hardship. I have lived here for 12 years and have never had a problem with the office staff. The key is to communicate with them if you do need to work out a payment arrangement of any kind. I highly recommend Copper Chase and have referred quite a few people here in the last 12 years. This is a quiet place to live and all of my neighbors are terrific. If you ever need anything, call Terrie and she will take care of you! Great place to call home! Eric"
