"This review is mainly based on my last 4 months here (November 23 - February 24). The new manager is better than all of the previous managers combined. He knew my name, apartment number, my dogs name, and always checked personally that my issues were resolved. In terms of the apartment, it was cozy with a large kitchen for a one bedroom. It's conveniently located, has 2 pools, a rec area, and a dog park. Everything I needed and more for the time. Just be careful if you have a dog. Lots of folks walking their dog without a leash. That was incredibly annoying and borderline dangerous. Also folks don't pick up after their dogs. Groundskeepers are out every morning, without fail, picking up their messes. But, I just found it incredibly inconsiderate of the other residents."

"I don’t normally write reviews but ever since new management came in, everything has been going great. I had my window sealed and maintenance request completed. Aaron is very understanding, sympathetic, and professional. I made up my mind to move after my lease was up but I’ve considered to renew as long as he stays in office."

"The maintenance guy Leo was very timely and efficient in fixing my maintenance issue. he was there within two hours to fix my door. Thank you Leo for your help and for your timely initiative. also, the new management (Aaron ) is on point. I love how they have been so friendly and helpful. Wind down Wednesdays, and all of the Christmas activities have been a pleasure. Thank you."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE ! Me And my wife have been here for almost a year and have had many problems started with the apartment wasn’t even ready when we moved in appliances still missing the ac cover was missing they just painted over the tubs to make it look new missing the light cover over the fan then mold and a leak in my 9 months old son room took them weeks to fix then roaches started to invade our apartment mostly in the kitchen inside our food got into my 2 month year bottles and everything called for treatment didn’t resolve at allalso called about our dryer smoking due to them failing to clear out the lint and filter manager told me “we are not taking those orders right now “ which is safety hazard to me and my family the dryer could have caught fire any minute leading to may if this year our ac goes out so we submit request to fix maintains comes out trying to fix it only puts another filter in and calls it a day still not working june 2023 I called again spoke to manager saying our air is still not working came out of pocket for a ac unit until they come back we asked for corporate number manager Angie says disrespectfuly “didn’t you call them before “ refusing to give us their number so we wait the corporate maintained guy comes out tells us that the ac hasn’t been changed out since the apartments has been built !!! Then they give us another ac unit to cool down the house so we are living in a hit box with two ac portable units not to mention the $409 electric bill we have to pay and sleeping in our one year old room to stay cool aug 2023we sent a letter saying we will not renewing our lease due to failed to fix our air the same day we sent it they try to come and patch the holes they left in our apartment and say they fixed it now because we moved out our apartment they are trying to make us pay almost $3000 because THEY FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB! It’s more to the story but will leave it at that"

"Apartment had many issue upon move in that I was assured would be fixed, but the leasing office lies. Maintenance is incompetent and refuses to fix anything that they have to spend more than $20 on. Many units have been without A/C all summer with heat index rising to 115 some days. I was without A/C for 3 weeks until I called code enforcement which scared them into fixing it. Moldy walls and ceilings, door was broken and would not close for weeks until my family member threatened to file a lawsuit and they re-sealed it to where it would close but door was still deteriorating. The property itself is a complete eye-sore, pictures are edited or were taken a long time ago. Website claims to have a fitness center but there is no fitness center. The high-calorie ladies in the leasing office are never on the same page and cannot keep there lies straight. Luckily was able to find somewhere else to rent and broke lease"
