"This apartment community has promise, the layouts are nice, and the area is pretty near river legacy. We would amend our review if steps were taken to improve the community by the new management. Would be 3 or more stars if management, lease agreement and amenities were improved. We have a monthly fee for a trash valet that is mandatory on our lease that is patchy to non-existent in our experience. They need to get rid of or improve that 3rd party service because they are wasting resident money and falsely advertising an amenity. That’s a $360 per year wasted on a service they are advertising as an amenity."

"Three years ago, I had a fantastic experience at this apartment complex. The management was responsive, amenities were well-maintained, and the community atmosphere was great. Fast forward to this year, and I'm thrilled to have signed another lease here. The positive aspects that drew me in initially have only improved, making it an easy decision to call this place home once again."

"I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have experienced roach infestations and no one in maintenance or management does anything about it. It’s absolutely ridiculous. You can clearly hear every single thing your upstairs neighbors do. It’s very hard to sleep especially if you’re a 3rd shift worker. Would not recommend to anyone."

"I Moved in today and thanks to the new management they made the process so easy. The manager and leasing team are friendly, respectful, and ACCOMMODATING. This has been the best management and leasing team I have encountered since living in the Dallas area. Today when I went to pick up my keys there was a bit of miscommunication about the move-in time and whether or not the unit was ready for move in. Although some work still needed to be done on the unit the manager allowed me to do a walk through on the unit and allowed me to see what needed to be done on the unit. The manager was not happy with the flooring in the unit and made sure the flooring was replaced immediately. The new flooring came out amazing!!!!!!!! I definitely recommend you move here, I promise you wont be disappointed especially with such an amazing team taking care of the complex."

"I lived at this complex for two years and regretted moving in every single day. The biggest frustration is the absolute lack of communication from management. Do not expect a call or email back ever, you’ll have to go to the office to be able to speak with anyone. The plumbing is constantly going out for hours and hours (it also smells like sewage and sulfur). Internet and phone service is spotty at best and there is bad signal or outages at least once a month. The actual apartments are repulsive with ant and roach infestations. They paint the showers and the walls, ceilings, and paint chip and mold (it won’t take long after you move in to notice it go from decent to nasty). The floors creak and are unstable and you can hear the plumbing like a waterfall in your walls. You can also hear your neighbors full fledge conversations and tv shows through your walls. If you have upstairs neighbors you’ll hear everything they do too. The equipment at the gym is broken, the cute chairs by the gym are unstable/falling out of the ceiling, the tennis court is trashed, half the washers are always broken. Basically everything is terrible. Worst experience: A new neighbor moved in next door and complained (no fault to the neighbor) because my spectrum internet cable was installed hanging at the top of their patio. Instead of notifying me at all to contact spectrum and have it fixed, the apartment sent maintenance to cut the wire. I work from home and walked out after being disconnected from the internet to see the maintenance man on a ladder cutting the wire. When I spoke to the apartment manager she was nothing short of gaslighting and dismissive. The most unprofessional experience I could have imagined. Be WARNED. If you can, live somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. This is the definition of “manager special” apartments and it’s not worth your money or time. You deserve better."
