LIV on the Green Apartments

"This is by far the worst apartment complex i have ever lived at. In the not even a year that i’ve been here my apartment has flooded twice from other apartments pipes bursting, resulting in my apartment flooding. After contacting the office, all they do is send out the maintenance guys with a fan to dry all the water. The office had communicated with us that they would be sending someone out to inspect for mold but after not hearing anything for days, I called back and they said they don’t do anything for mold, so if you move into these apartments, you most likely have mold in there. They also have the mowers contract hours starting at like 8 in the morning and they will mow for hours on end on the weekends right outside of your apartment"

"I am truly Happy here at Liv on the Green, I have a lovely apartment, quiet neighbors and a great staff works here. My apartment is just beautiful. I was worried my oversize furniture would be too big for this place, but it fits in perfectly, and is real cozy."

"When I went with my parents to add my brother on the lease 2 month ago, we asked about our newly bought car that we added to the lease from this app. The staff member told us that is everything without anything else we have to do for the car, but today I woke up and found my car towed and the reason was I needed a sticker to put on the windshield. The staff member didn’t disclose information to me about a car sticker or anything else needed for the car and I had to pay $350 to get my car back and wasted my whole day because of it and also ended up losing my headphones because of this whole inconvenience. They transferred the big carrbag box in front of my flate Why no respect to thier customers"

"The smell of weed seeps through the vents from other units into my unit, which is an unfortunate thing to deal with in my own living space (not something I want to smell on a daily basis). That alone will make me consider other living options when the time comes. Anyways, the location of this community is nice (typically quiet). In addition, the staff are friendly and there are plenty of amenities if desired. Furthermore, maintenance typically responds to requests as soon as possible. Overall, not too many things to complain about so far. The only thing really missing is a carport to help protect against the harsh weather."

"Apartment manager, staff and maintenance are all very friendly and professional. The pools are nice and clean, it’s very quiet and lovely having trees to look at off of our balcony which is huge btw! Maintenance always shows up when needed and tries their best to fix whatever is going on. We needed an apartment in a pinch and Kelley really helped us find an apartment that we not only needed but actually love."
