"I highly recommend Pecan Square Apartments. The complex is located in a quiet residential area of North Arlington near the hike & bike trails at River Legacy Park that runs along the Trinity River. The only bill you have is electric, no gas and water/trash was included.. I only moved to get a larger place with a garage and a yard."
"I can only recommend that one proceeds with caution if you are to live there. The past four years of living there exposed us to toxic mold which we are all trying to heal from. The consequences of living there have taken a serious toll on myself and my children."
"I lived here for a year. I just moved out in May. I loved living here. It's a nice quiet tucked away little complex. I felt very at home and safe. Monkie is an awesome apartment manager! Maintainance was very quick to fix things the times I requested. I very much enjoyed living here!"
