"I have a friend that lives in these apartments. And it is truly sad how bad they have become. Today there was a large group of people in the parking lot by the mailboxes fighting! This is the second time I have seen this. I truly feel sorry for the people that have to live here. No security or nothing, just cussing and hollering. People came in the backs of trucks and everything. Just sad!!! My friend has lived here for years, and it is really sad how bad they are now. Management needs to really do something about this."

"I was going to try and live in this complex and disregard the many horrible reviews. After 2 days of reaching out and getting no answer or response of any kind ill be going elsewhere. The cornerstone of any good business is communication. Tides on Boca Raton south your teem needs to do better."

"I moved in about 4 months and there’s been issue after issue. They haven’t fixed the lease so I could sign the lease. They never fixed the flooring or the door. Then my pipe broke under my sink a month ago and no one has came to look at it and I’ve sent emails. Every time I go to the office it’s closed. Today January 16, the apartment was fine we woke up water was working and some how water comes bursting into our unit, no one has came to clean up the unit and multiple stuff has been ruined. I have a new born baby this is unacceptable"

"Filled out an application on October 2nd for Apt. 249, approved on October 5th, originally wanted to move-in on the 8th, got changed to October 18th, told I would get the lease on Thursday, October 12th, it never came, was then told it would for sure be there the 13th, no luck, then they told me it would either be the 14th or 16th. I called on the 16th only for them to tell me that the reason I hadn't gotten my lease was water heater repairs needing to be done, then they swapped my apartment to 248, I said sure but wanted to see the room so today I went to check out the apartment because I was supposed to move-in tomorrow on October 18th, looked around and realized there was no way it would be ready in one day, not to mention they had some maintenance people working on 249, the apartment I was supposed to move into meanwhile it didn't seem like anyone had done ANYTHING to the one they had swapped me to, so I won't be signing the lease, but between the admin and application fee I still ended up spending $250 just to get ran around like I was a rodeo clown, would I recommend this place? Never, this has been such a stressful and honestly the most disparaging experience that I've ever had."

"If you're looking to waist 50 on an application, 200 on admin fee, be approved only to be told excuses and lies about when you'll receive a lease, what apartment is being held for you only to be switched last minute!! Then this is the place for you. You also must want to spend a great deal of time making phone calls that go unanswered. Love paying a deposit for electricity only to have to change it to another apartment then canceling it all together!! When you finally wake up to the excuses and lies you've been handed by an uncaring leasing office staff. Thank God my nephew checked out the cheaper more responsible sister property!!!"
