"Be careful. If anyone lives above you, you will hear EVERYTHING they do. You will hear drawers open/close, walking around, running around, etc. Had a kid live above me for 6 months and barely got any sleep because you could hear it run around at 7 am every morning. So in that instance you're simply SOL because the office refuses to intervene. It's insane they charge what they do for such shoddy structural work. The walls are brittle and paper thin. The valet trash is supposed to come Sun-Thursday but they come maybe 2-3 times a week. And then you leave 2 bags out because they missed the first one and you get a written warning on your door to only leave 1 bag at a time. The grounds are ok but there's dog poop everywhere. I guess this can be put on the residents but it's honestly disgusting."
"My boyfriend and I have lived at this complex for 2 years and have sincerely enjoyed our time here. Gabby and the maintenance staff are kind, always available, and create a great community atmosphere. We have never lived somewhere that took care of the residents in this way. Also, the dog park is incredible, it definitely lives up to it being Euless’ largest dog park. We just renewed our lease for a third time! Thank you guys again for everything"
"I absolutely love my apartment and I love all of the upgrades. The office staff has been very attentive to all my needs and any questions I had. I love the huge dog park they have and excited for the renovated amenties and cant wait til summer when I can go in the gorgeous pool."
"I have never felt more at home than ever since I have moved into Monticello apartments. The office staff is amazing and kind and very professional; I can't imagine having anyone else handle my day-to-day needs. I absolutely adore living here, everything is so clean and nice. I would highly recommend living here to any of my friends and family. 10/10 Best experience ever so far!"
"I've lived at Monticello for 2 years, & Gabby Davis is the most amazing person there! The maintenance people are so quick and nice. The apartment is so spacious and the way the sun hits at golden hour into the living room is chef's kiss. This is the best apartment complex ever."
