"To start off, this conniving apartment tried to censor my honest review. I call for a boycott to this complex. You will lose your sanity living here. WARNING: If you like having regular access to your car, please avoid this apartment. This apartment will tow your car without proper notice if they think you haven't used your car in any 48-hour period, which includes even a 2 - or 3-day weekend. So if you want to take a day off from work and not use your car, you might find that your car has been towed when you come back to it. This is factual because we have proof. The apartment says the "tow was legal because it was abandoned," but they fail to explain how they can claim that our car was "abandoned." It was not a legal tow. The justice system is far from perfect, and the only reason we lost is because they lied to us and the court about the reason it was towed. They told us it was towed for having an expired tag (which isn't a valid reason without notice), so we built a defense for this, but instead they went behind our backs and told the court it was "abandoned" and that is simply the only reason we lost. We are still seeking options for repayment or further litigation. All of this could have been avoided with a sincere, heartfelt apology, but they couldn't even humble themselves to do that and admit that they were wrong. We used the same parking spot every time, and it was not abandoned at any point during the timeframe they claimed. Wimbledon Oaks regularly sends out emails to residents, letting you know that a car will get towed, but they chose not to let us know this time. Their manager who is named Melanie, had the AUDACITY to ask us to delete this review to hide the fact that this happened. Even after we move out, we will continue to bring out their deplorable actions into the light. It's obvious that the manager picks and chooses who she wants to help. All these new positive reviews saying she's very helpful are fake and are most likely incentivized with a rent credit, which they have a history of doing. Towards our move-out, just as I expected, Melanie tried to sneak in a $100 wear-and-tear charge for paint. Of course, I had her correct it. After living there for four years, paint is supposed to be worn off. It seems like the managers do not complete the proper certification to attain this job because, so far, each single one of them have been counterproductive. It's almost as if Dayrise hands the job to the first person who applies. To any prospective tenant, please make sure you cross your T's and dot your I's because this apartment, as well as any other Dayrise property, are connivers. They will be happy to charge you for anything. Do your research, and do not let these landlords take advantage of you. Don't let them charge you for wear-and-tear. On top of this unique problem, throughout the timeline of four years, we have also experienced: hot water constantly being shut off; all tenants were charged an equal loss assessment to replace the hot water system, and the hot water still does not work like it is supposed to; the staff do not take ownership of all the problems with the complex, and do not issue credits that are deserved; dumpsters constantly overflowing; our refrigerator failing and losing hundreds of dollars in groceries and no attempt to make it right; "preventative maintenance" for appliances and no actual work being done; "pest control" and no one actually walks into the apartment; baby roaches coming from vents and under the neighboring walls because of lack of reliable pest control; the constant draft and smell of exhaust from Cooper Street due to the poor sealing of the doors, and outlets; constantly being told our rent is late despite already being on autopay; being charged rent twice because we chose to make another payment because they told us it was late; they solicit dishonest reviews specifically to note the "good" performance of the everchanging managers named throughout these reviews—don't be fooled by all the new good reviews."

"Apartment complex is ok. I have been living here for almost 3 years and they have changed administration at least 3 times. Water has always been an issue with this complex. They turn it off at least once per month. My apartment has roaches, the pest control has been here 3 times and they keep coming from the first floor apartment. I have the upgraded apartment but it's still very old and the fixtures are not well made. I didn't renew my annual lease, doing month by month while i find a nicer complex. Price has increased over 300 in the past years. And we are already paying over 1500. the utilities fees are getting higher and higher for things like trash valet or lawn services for more than 25 per month! not worth the money i have been paying. The only good thing about this complex is the maintenance ppl. they go above and beyond whenever i have an issue at the apartment."

"I stopped by Wimbledon Oaks property while having a 3 week old exhausted apartment search. Upon entering the property office Mgr. Melanie greeted me. I explained what I was looking for and she quickly showed me various apartment options. She was very professional, helpful, and understanding of my needs. I'm now a future resident at Wimbledon Oaks because of her."

"Rude management, new lady I believe named Melody hangs up on you and/or does not answer the phone, poor reliability of utilities especially water, and questionable community policies. First year living here but not my first time dealing with Dayrise. They are a cheap company that does not care for its residents. No wonder why there's so many fake good reviews. I will get out as soon as I can."

"From start to finish, Tamika was amazing! My daughter and I had been going back and forth between moving dates and floorplans for over a month. Tamika was so patient and accommodating. When I went to pick up our keys, she had the same energy she had displayed over the phone and via email. I wish she was going to be staying on staff at this location. I sure hope whoever takes her place display that same level of professionalism and willingness to help."
