"I just moved into this apartment complex and I must say this is by far my worst decision let just start by saying I was scheduled to move in on 9/29 get there to look at apartment it wasn’t clean carpet was dirty. Management ask me to let them make it right well I did still having issue with getting simple repairs done was told they will be completed on yesterday and it wasn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone at this point."

"Lived for 3 summers Pool aint opened yet. Pest control is Not a thing honored here, even when they bring the roaches from appliances. Do NOT fix things properly at all. Took 4 times to get my tub looked at. Currently have a black bag covering the hole for a month now and STILL no proper working water shower or Tub cant wait to leave here"

"It will be six years that I have lived here and the past 3 have been horrible. Why do I still live here, look up rent costs in our area. Yes you get what you pay for but for the price we pay here I still believe it is unjust how we are all treated. Multiple shootings, one death, a dog was hit and died in the parking lot, the trash is horrendous. This complex has no speed bumps and that is why multiple residents fly down the parking lot. Maintenance request are not handled in a timely manner and left unfinished. The gym has not been opened in years and the laundry room is unfit as well. The property is not maintained either. In the years I’ve been here the gated community was never a thing and they have never worked. They enforce the parking and love to tow vehicles but cannot address real problems. The pool has not been open in about 4 summers. The excuse is that they are waiting for the city of Arlington. City of Arlington stated they do not see a violations and I was directed to another number. Still waiting in a status. You will find friendly neighbors and many that have been here awhile but with these other things that need to be addressed, if you can find another living situation please do."

"I have been living in Addison Park for 7 months. Its like a third world country in this community. The office staff are off/on when they do answer the phone. It takes 2-3 days for a work order. And if you speak up too much they silence you with lease violations...like the trash..that is every where. Too many maintenance issues called in will get you a nice retailiation lease violation letter. I will not be silenced They will not give me the name or number to corporate. I heard gun shots(someone died) roaches, trash, kids breaking glass, stools running over, luke warm water and and"
