"Once again we're now in 2023 new management and still same issues, the difference is rent up but maintenance issues are the same if not worse.. animals in walls . I didn't think I had to pay rent for me and animals that live in my walls.. roaches are getting worse . I pay for bug control but I have not seeing anyone do that. Same issues call the office no one answered. Leave message no one calls back. It's a super sad situation. I will never er recommend anyone to live here. If I can help one family from moving here and living bad.. Still no help with animals in the wall and the bug situation is out of control. In your lease you monthly pay for pest control but there is no pest control. The woodlands wants you to use there pay portal. It charged me 30$ to pay my rent. They also want you to use there Portal to do maintenance request but it doesn't work. WOW If you call more than one time no answer just hung ups.Today is 8/22/2023 I can't get maintenance to fix my door. I can't llock my door.my apartment smells like mold and the AC and water heater is leaking water. November 2023 maintenance is not existing. New management MILDC.. no different than the past.. the maintenance and mail box area is still falling apart becareful because debree may fall on you. New management same problem. What's new but spray paint to tell you you can't park here.. what a joke.. I have repainted my apartment, my fiance has sealed foundation cracks within my apartment, fixed plumbing issues etc because maintenance never showed up. How sad is that. I hired a pest control company to spray my roach infested apartment. I can't and refuse to live in filth.. The Woodlands expect you to. Not I . I pay my rent ont time and only ask the WOOLANDS TO RESOECT THERE FAMILY WHOM LIVE HERE. NOT ASKING FOR MUCH.JUST THE SAME RESPECT New year and asked for filter for ac/heater unit but no reply. You would think they want there units to work properly but I guess not"

"This was the only way I could leave a review the only way to get rid of the roaches is to take the covers off the wall an put a small piece of moth balls behind the light switch. That way the smell will carry out thorough the whole building. They get food an go where it’s warm at. Eat a make baby’s I hope to get hired on here if so this 1.9 stars will go up an it will get better. But if you do what I said you won’t have roaches anymore they will have no place to go but run outside YALL can thank me later I been doing Maintenance work for 30 years"

"If i could put 0 stars i would lets start with the leasing manager she's rude and disrespectful. I lived there for 2 weeks and somebody tried to break in my car. I had mold in my ac closet it took me to call code compliance for them to actually do something and all they did was vacuumed the water up and spray bleach and paint over it . the gnats are bad we made a cake for thanksgiving and they attacked the cake. when you call the police for the shooting they do not come .DO NOT OVER MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS"

"The back door didn't lock on move in on the day of. ceiling leaks from the upstairs apartment mold all at the bottom the apartment the the shower curtains stick to the tub because they didn't put the finishing on. the washer doesn't work because they still have not after 3 months repaired it. Roaches bad..code compliance put note on door there investigating. blessed to be here but in trouble for past due rent Pray that they work with us with l All these problems"

"Late review but renters be aware. I lived here from 2015 through early 2017. The apartment was infested with roaches, there are more roaches than humans in this complex. The neighbor under us was selling drugs out of his apartment but he was overall really nice and kind. My car was towed even though I was on the lease. There was always a lot of noise and fights/drama outside. A lot of stray cats lived there. Maintenance was nice back then and we never had any issues with the leasing office. Again, this place had more roaches than people. I’m sure that type of roach infestation doesn’t just go away."
