"I started living here on November 2023, And the rents pay started adjusting up fees for about 3 months that i live. I was email Nycole, she was a nice and helpful person. But the manager is not. We pay rent on time but they start charges late fee for us. Don’t live here , if you don’t want your rent being pay more higher. And they also charge you fees for no reason."

"I moved in October 5,2023 and my moving process from beginning until now has been perfect thanks to Nycole..the maintenance guy Carlos responded same day (minor issue) but I truly appreciate him..Delores helped me with a situation I had also..I want the entire staff to know I love my apartment and I'm grateful for all they've done..I truly feel welcomed."

"Firstly, I will say Nycole is a great person. She's nice and personable with the people here. As I was in the office doing tour things and paperwork, she spoke to everyone like you'd been friends for years. The people/treatment were not an issue necessarily. I just want inform prospective searchers considering Fielders Glen... I took a tour and loved the 1BDR/700sqft model shown. I was told are that remained was "platinum" options like what I saw. Fully renovated. I went & applied to what I thought was a steal of $985, about $1047 before electric and internet. I got my keys and to my surprise it was NOTHING like I thought. The colors were night & day. The lighting was dim, the walls had multiple areas of paint retouchs that were a different color, the cabinets were shaky and gross looking, + more. I was so scared I would be stuck in that lease but THANKFULLY I went right back in and let Nycole know the website doesn't distinguish between whats called "Classic" and the "Platinum" to know what you are getting and i was able to cancel the lease. Classic looks like a trap house anyway. I don't think they meant to mislead me BUT if you are going to have some units be reno'd and some not, u absolutely should clarify with pictures and a title that matches as such. I am awaiting my refund currently... will update. Make sure you ask if the UNIT you are considering is what you think it is and ask for a tour of the unit if possible."

"Overall experience with this complex is ok, no bugs and plumbing has good pressure. Maintenance will never ever let you know when they've been in your apartment and even if you ask for them to only enter when you're home they do it anyway. Due to recent construction that commenced without a warning to the residents affected our unit has shifted and we are unable to comfortably stay because our door is permantly open cannot lock and cannot close see video below. They didn't try to relocate us or give us compensation, and conveniently the apartment manager is out of town during this construction. Also, the third party doing the construction has opened and entered our apartment several times without notitifing us letting our animals out, only being retrieved by my neighbour while we were working."
