"Everyone who works in the office are very nice, and very respectful. They are very helpful in times of need. Thank you management for being so kind and helpful. We very much appreciate everything you do for the apartment complex and we appreciate all the maintenence men who help out. This place is just wonderful. The pricing here is something you can't beat."

"Everything used to be much better with past management, now no one answers the phone for most of the time and even if they do they dont make difference, if you need repairs you will have to reach out to the office at least 3 times before maitnace show up! Pest control doesn't exist after the management changed and AC keeps break up on monthly basis: expect to be out of AC for few daysbefore they fix it, and lastly yeah its kinda cheap rent to be fair. **UPDATE: I left the apartment and "THE NEW MANGMWNT" end up changing me $300 from my security deposit which is nonsense and they say they charged me about $100 for cleaning which is it was already much cleaner than I got it plus they said there was a holes in the walls which is all lies and it was very rough condition when I got it, I asked them for the sheet that have all the issues prior to receive the apartment they couldn't find it means they probably throw it away because it has all the issues prior to receive the apartment, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!"
"The girls who work there are very cooperative and nice. The maintenance has also become good and everyone is cooperating for the best. As for the housing rent, it is very reasonable and appropriate. I hope they continue this wonderful work. Thank you so much for everything"
