"This used to be such a nice place to live. Since Westley took over Cinnamon Park in 2022/23 quality has gone down the drain. We're paying way too much to have this place turn into the ghetto. Grounds are not upkept, landscape is dead, maintenance is extremely lackluster picking-and-choosing what to fix and what to ignore, concerns to management are acknowledged with words but no action. Signs of trouble for this company? Not sustainable business practices or ethical property management."
"Walkways are muddy and flooded. I'm still waiting to get the fan in my room fixed. 3 months ago I asked for the weather seals to be replaced on both doors. You can feel the breeze coming in!!! The window in the living room does not close all the way. I have towels keeping the cold air from coming in. Also I asked 3 moths ago to change the air filter. Has not been done. The walls have cracks in them froom the poor building maintenance . Months puddles of water around a building foundation are not good. My sink was replaced and now my sink leaks. I hope I get compensation for my heating bill. I will be posting on social media and tagging the appartments if nothing gets resolved soon."
"Peaceful & quiet community in the middle of DFW! Caring and hard-working staff. Great location across Veteran’s Park. Renovations include brand-new energy efficient appliances, quartz counter tops, new floors, etc. I’m glad to be part of this cozy community :)"
"New management last year with a few hiccups along the way. Overall a nice, quiet place to live. Neighbors are considerate and not nosy. Management has worked really hard to take care of residents and grounds during extreme cold."
"Two stars only because the staff is nice otherwise they would get one. Nice neighborhood and it’s quiet. I moved to Texas from another state so please do not go by the pictures and videos on their website. You will definitely be mislead and disappointed. I dealt with roaches for a long time and it really made my experience here terrible. I complained and even having the apartment exterminated didn’t seem to help. Talk about torture! My apartment was dated. Appliances, cabinets and carpet is old."
