"The apartments have come along way from the years I lived there. Reagan is awesome she does her work to keep the riffraff out and always made me happy with results. The maintenance men always fixed thing on time and very nice outside upgrades look good."
"This place has come far. I’ve been here now 6 months and it has been great. Management is excellent, upgrades galore, and super quiet neighborhood! I get home super late sometimes because of work (1-2am) and I don’t worry that I’m about to get robbed or snatched! Highly recommend!"
"It can be hit or miss with property management, but Reagan and Lidid were always great! I lived here over a year in the past and stayed another year and a half just recently. The only reason I had to move was due to roommate changes. Be a good person and they’ll be good to you too. They really do try to be as helpful as possible when it’s in their control. Maintenance was always prompt, and the Pantego area is awesome. The property isn’t new, but they’re taking great care of it and making steps to spruce it up. Make sure you stay on top of your business on your end, and you’ll be repaid with management that looks out for you."
"Myself and 2 teens will be moving to the smaller townhome. In the front. I had a 1 bedreem with an office back in the day when my 18 year old was a newborn. It was a butt load cheaper but it works. $1320 is not bad for a 2 bedroom townhouse. I am only paying electric and a bit small but I tried $1900 and that was a struggle. Excited."
"Office staff is friendly and attentive they are all great. Maintenance is on point. I absolutely love my apartment. Feel safe grounds are well lit . Special recognition to manager Reagan for all her help in making my move possible. Highly recommended!"
