"Horrible apartments and horrible management! They won’t respond to requests for months but have the audacity to be rude and refuse to compromise if you’re struggling. Don’t get covid cuz they’ll evict you and then be rude about it when you ask for extra time. And they have roaches!!!!"

"UPDATE: CANCELLED MY LEASE BEFORE THE END DATE. This apartment complex should be condemned. No insulation in the walls so the electric bill is astronomical (doesnt matter what company you go through), infestations EVERYWHERE (roaches, wasps, beetles), floors are falling through and your feet can go through the floor in some places, management NEVER IS THERE DURING THEIR HOURS. They leave early and come in late, sometimes they don't even show up! This place should be CONDEMNED. New management does not give a rip about their tenants. DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THEIR STAGED PHOTOS. When I first moved in, they switched my apartment unit that day. They didnt allow me to see it until after I paid. It was infested with german roaches and beetles. They attempted to fix it but couldn't due to the infestation so they moved me into the apartment I am in now. When I moved in there was water all over the bathroom floor from the AC unit due to it being broken. They assured me it was fixed now and that the water would be gone by the time I moved my stuff the following day which it was...However... AC unit has been out for 2 months total now. No fixes from the landlord except a portable unit that can only cool one room. Management changed within the last 2 months and still no fix. I had to pay an exterminator out of pocket to remove a wasps nest from my door after reporting it numerous times without any response and now I have not heard back about my AC unit being out. It has been 80-90 degrees inside my apartment for the past 2 months and I work from home. This is unbearable."

"I have been with SR for a long time and every time they have been very accommodating, even when they did not need to be. My stay was comfortable and the management is great!"

"Ghetto apartments! My AC has been broken since I moved in here! They told me it was going to fix it this morning 9/6/2023. They lied! They don't give a damn about anything. I also have roaches in my apartment! 9/20/23 Daisy decided to put red Notices on everybody's door. It said that I owed money (which was a lie) when I walked in the office to ask her about it, she stopped me and told me "don't come in here and start yelling" NOT ONCE have I EVER yelled in her face! Daisy has horrible customer service! And deserves to be fired!! She tried to tear up the red notice but I told her to give it to me! I went home and tapped it, so I can save all my evidence and sue this apartment complex for a pain in suffering!"

"I had stopped by at their open house day and even got to meet the owner of the apartment everyone was so nice and friendly. Dexy was able to help get an apartment and she was pacient with me showing me all the apartments they had available, I’ll be moving in soon."
