"These apartments are terrible they are filled with bugs and roaches, the leasing office lady got me evicted for having company family and friends over at my place, she always would sit outside of my apartment after hours and try to give me violations, all the appliances are old probably from the 1950s or whenever they builded the complex"
"Do yourself a favor and don’t move here. The management they have is the absolute worst. I was suppose to received a deposit check over 30 days ago. When i do call, the lady says she just turned in the books for that month or something. It most definitely didn’t take 30 days for you to cash that check."
"Apts are very outdated and have roaches. Stoves are from the 90s and so is the AC units. Runs all day and doesn’t get cold. Staff is the only plus side they are really nice. They recently implemented towing and they hand out towing notices if your tags are expired. They make guest park at the very front entrance so if your unit is in the back, it’s a very far away. Had a friend visit from out of town and they complained that he stayed for 2 days. Overall not a terrible place but I don’t recommend and wouldn’t move here unless you needed to."
"I would give the maintenance crew and the leasing office staff 5 stars. Neighbors within are nice, parking is fine, but these apartments are aging. They use useless pest control methods that let roaches fester. So many things are falling apart and decrepit. But as a first apartment for someone just leaving home, it's good. Water pest and trash are included each month. We had to leave earlier than expected, breaking our lease. They attempted to raise rent by nearly $100 after our first year. I knew it'd be +$100 after the second year. Hooray for corporate greed!"
