Willows Two Apartments

"Do not move here please especially if you have small children. They treat their tenants as if they are disposable because they know most stay there because of the affordability but this is no reason to treat your tenants the way they do. My apartment was filled with mold I had two mold testing kits brought in that showed massive growths through my ac units and into my tub. The staff was extremely aggressive and not willing to help unless it was on Their terms and their time. I think this whole complex needs to be condemned and remodeled along with new management. START TREATING YOUR TENANTS LIKE HUMAN BEINGS."

"They don't have their own website, no courtesy patrol, no fences to keep transients out, and the interior of every building is rotted, bedbug and roach infested. Every website offering reviews on this property will prove that these apartments are already condemned and need to be rebuilt from the foundation, or demolished completely. I've lived in several complexes in the vicinity, and these are one of a few that have not been properly invested into. In example, my toilet is about to fall through the floor, my shower faucets or any appliances haven't been replaced in over 10 years, and actually nothing has. These are the slums and the tenants are all stuck here for one reason or another. But nobody chooses to live in the Willows 2 happily by choice. A petition to the city will begin in 2023."

"We lived here for years before we got laid off and had to move to Colorado. We are now coming back and we are ECSTATIC. The Managers are the best in the world and respond to any problem with quickness and make sure anything is taken care of. In all the years we previously lived there, we never had any neighbor or bad apple issues. We had nothing but great experiences and we have missed them dearly. I cannot wait to be back HOME. We tried another apartment complex in Colorado Springs and let me say they could not even touch the magic Willows 2 has. It's a great environment for kids. People are friendly and this place has always just felt like home to us. Can't wait until we are back."

"I lived here during my adolescence for 6 years and this has always felt like home to me. I plan on moving back in the next year or two. Rent is great, residents are always friendly and the management feels like a part of my family not just rent collectors. I have been apart of an help host several community events here and they always amazing. The maintenance are always super helpful and they even take care of things that other places would charge you hundreds for. This is and will always be a home to me. Lola and Vikky are the best."

"I moved away from these apartments four years ago and I still look back very fondly at my time living there. Kids played outside together, there were so many community activities, neighbors greeted each other and committed random acts of kindness. The management lives on site and legitimately cares about the residents. The floor plans are awesome and the prices are reasonable. I always felt at home here, even though it was loud sometimes and things weren't always perfect. It was a community and I think that had a lot to do with the two wonderful women who run the place."
