"Nice quite complex. People residing there. Either has housing through the housing Authority or on some type of housing program. There are no units available at this time. They will tow your car without notification or before allotted parking hours."

"Management didn't allow privacy to it's tenants visitation. I think her name is Cindy and she treated everyone who she saw as potential criminal. Favoritism & confinement does not allow a person to progress in life. Control issues amongst management caused tenants to feel as if they were incarcerated."
