"If I could give zero stars I would because these apartments forever towing someone's car even if you registered it through the site they post on their fence & pest control sucks"

"Horrible. Don’t move here. Where do I even begin? Wouldn’t let us see the apartment before we moved so we already knew it was going to be less than ideal. We were not prepared. Mice and cockroaches. Upon moving in we immediately had to have maintenance block a mouse hole behind our toilet and I had to call code compliance to get them to replace our oven because it would randomly turn on by itself and had no temperature indicator. The neighbors are the absolute worst. There’s people outside yelling at all hours. Neighbors play their music loud af and have their kids running around screaming at all hours. It’s actually affecting out mental health cuz there’s nights we can’t put our kids to bed or even watch a movie with them due to the music being so incredibly loud. The landlord won’t do anything and the cops won’t come out to this neighborhood. People let their dogs run around without leashes and don’t clean up after them. They leave trash everywhere. The office sees people by appointment only. They are only open during business hours weekdays. They have zero organization. When they switched management I was accused of not paying rent and had to take off work to go to the library and print out my bank statements to show where I did in fact pay my rent. The portal they use to pay rent never shows the correct amount so I have to calculate what I think I owe. They have a towing company that will tow your car if you do not have a sticker but there’s literally so many cars broken down taking up parking spots."

"I have been here for almost 5 years now. The new management have been making this place ALOT better than it was before. The previous management's were not so attentive to things or on top of issues. They actually respond to your needs and work with you. They have made it a place to want to live, be outside and neighborly. I look forward to the changes that are coming. I love how I've seen this place change so quickly and plan on staying here for some years to come."

"Antigua Village where do I start? I love the staff! they were very welcoming and helpful to me finding my new home. I had a recent tour with them and it turned out better then I expect . Cristian the property manager made me feel very confident about the complex and gave me more then enough information then needed. And Best believe I applied for this wonderful property ! I totally recommend for anyone who’s looking for a place to call home :)"

"Worst apartment management I’ve ever encountered. I moved in here January, they didn’t want me to see the apartment before leasing which understandable because there was dried paint all over the floors and in some spots the floor is actually coming up. It’s 4/5/21 and my oven still does not work even after reporting it when I first moved in. I’ve put in two online requests since then and still nothing. Management doesn’t ever answer the phone or put in efforts to resolve issues even after being told about problems in advance. Trash is scattered throughout the complex and lawn is overgrown. They just don’t care about residents here. They lied about the pricing online. When I signed the lease they sprig a new higher price on me. I would not sign for another year and I’m debating paying to get out of this one. It’s sad when they can’t fix a heating element in the oven even after 3 months of patience. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT LIVING HERE!!!"
