"Low quality apartment priced at the same as luxury. Place doesn’t even come with a microwave but they want $1500 a month for rent (1 bedroom with den… 700 sqft) truly a joke. if you enjoy feeling annoying making work requests every week because the apartments missed several MAJOR things to check for BEFORE moving in a new resident or just things falling apart, this is the place for you! If you enjoy having your air on 68 and your apartment being at 75 degrees and the maintenance telling you “this is just how the apartment was designed” this this the place for you. Also if you enjoy your apartment smelling like cigarettes and the manager looking you dead in the eye and saying “we can’t control other residents “ although you’re 9 months pregnant and this is a non smoking community, this is the place for you!!! I moved in a month ago today and I regret it. Below are some photos of what they moved me into. Granted, they’ve fixed some issues. But don’t see how you don’t notice these things. Careless. I Also have a stinky yellow dishwasher that reeks to this day and when I sprayed it the first time and wiped it, it turned my napkin black. No cleaning done here before you move in. Stinks no matter how much I clean it. So unfortunate this is the first home my newborn will know."
