"Wow…. I find it so crazy that I pay my rent on time n have been for years while living here. Even during the pandemic and my kitchen has leaked water 3 times in the past year and now I have mold/mildew in my cabinets. And to have the so called regional (MARY) to not do anything about it says a lot. My health is at risk at this point and I can’t wait to get out of here. Those signs of updated this and that is false advertising. I hope nobody else rents here and that this place is closely monitored n checked according to state law regulations."
"Rude and unprofessional office staff that have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Paying over 1k a month to have maintenance men track mud all over my apartment and leave a mess when they inevitably have to come inside and fix something, bc something is ALWAYS BROKEN. Around winter time there’s never any hot water and the office staff is never anywhere to be found even though their hours are clearly stated on the front office door"

"Was told about this complex by both Lisa's from Villa Bella. I saw a 2 bedroom and was pleased with the size. Lisa, n Lisa gave me some information on the community as well as the area. I'm not needing apt till end of Oct. I will definitely be back. Both ladies were very very friendly, and know their stuff."
