"Driving by to search for a new area close to work to call home. I did like to keep up as far as the grounds looked, unfortunately, due to the many bad reviews online about some of the same Ole situations that have been happening lately with the apartment leasing agents and management teams, I think I will save an enormous migraine and stay away from this type of issue of dealing with an apartment management team that doesn't try to help tenants stay but rather make it impossible for families to catch-up in order to keep from being homeless. I've been there and done that. I think I'll stay safe and sound where I'm at."
"The management (Patrice Calhoun ), and (Melissa Shirley) are very rude and disrespectful! They have charged and put me things are my credit that is inaccurate! I have attempted to reach out to corporate countless of times! This has been an ongoing issue with these apartment people! They always have over charged me! I have only been late on my rent 1 time with them! I paid in full and I do not appreciate the lack of communication. These people in mercantile off needs to be replaced so unprofessional ! Do not move to this place! They have roaches inside and outside of the apartments! The gate never works! The gym is always dirty, and not to mention the pool is always filthy! If I could give them -0 I definitely would!"
"Update: Office is now closed every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1pm to 4pm. NRP's property are always behind on paper work for residence applications and turning in yearly reports. They can't keep managers and staff are under trained. I lived at another update: This complex is so gross! NRP property in Fort Worth for 3 years, moved here hoping for better experience. This office is worse, gates are always broken and the dumpster are always a mess. NRP group apartments are always under staffed and leads to office being closed to residences."
