"There are alot of issues with these apartments. The main issue is the foundation is not level. Also be weary of the toilets they might not work delt with a leaking toilet for 15 days and now it wont even flush. As well as the ac not working like it should be. And 2 out of 6 windows will not open and the 6th window wont even close all the way and is broken on top. Still hasn't been fixed"
"Amazing! From 5/22, looks like the new management is going above and beyond to make this one of the best places in the area. So refreshing to see all of the positives changes!"
"These 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms apartments are beautiful. The living area in open concept with hardwood-like floors. The kitchens have brushed nickle faucets and appliances. The community is lovely and it is so convenient to have three laundry facilities. The management and maintenance staff are polite and timely. The neighborhood is nice and the Harmony Science Academy is just a few blocks away."
"The complex has been sold and the new owners are starting to make some significant improvements. They are listening to residents and making this a great place to live."
