"Did application all the way back in December 1st staff has changed multiple times since and now no one can tell me where my $150 is the lady that's in the office as of January is this rudest can be and says they just brought the property or managing the property but won't give me any information on where the previous people were who have my hundred and fifty dollars so now I'm going to have to contact the Better Business Bureau has never in my life been to such unprofessional apartments in little application that takes 2 months and no one can find 150 dollars"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all, they have a huge roach infestation problem throughout the ENTIRE complex front and back. Everything breaks. And I mean EVERYTHING. My towel and toilet paper holders fell off the walls first day, the plugs in the walls literally overheat and melt from everyday use, i went 3 months without cold water bcz they "forgot", and when the new management came in, my rent was raised OVER $200. With no explanation. Now I'm without heat bcz the heater is broken. The breakers are constantly getting triggered as well from everyday use (stove, hair dryer, PlayStation, ect)And all they're worried about is planting flowers and painting the asphalt. I also recently got sick and unable to work which put me behind on rent, I contacted them 4 different times to discuss a plan and was told I'd be gotten back to and then 2weeks later received an eviction notice. Without them discussing anything with me. I STRONGLY advise anyone looking to move here......DONT!!!!"

"management staff and maintenance suck! they’re so rude it’s about as ugly as them. you have to call thousands of times , email and text thousands of times and they still won’t get back to you until you go confront the issue face to face even then they make false promises. it’s true they don’t care about who they have living here as long as they’re getting that monthly rent. also pretty sure it’s against code or something to not have a fire distinguisher here but hey what do i know. if i could give 0 stars i would. if i could move out without breaking lease i would."

"I lived at these apartments for 4 years. I have had to call maintenance repeatedly for almost the same things over and over and over. I could not sleep because of herassing neighbors whom I called police on and they stalked me everyday. I wrote a letter to move out at the end of June in 2022. But a new lady other than Erma came and told to pay a prorated rate and move out the 19th of June. The lady is no longer there and they did not give me back my deposit which maintenance told me the apartment looked great for immediate move in. Plus they told me I owed $440 for water and trash, pest control, and electric. I paid the water, trash, pest control with my rent every month and have receipts. I paid my electric separately, so how you gonna say I owe when everything was $0? I had settled this when I moved out. I emailed and called the number they gave me and no one called back, but tell me something I had already paid and electric is separately. They would not let me move out and I was being herrassed everyday. The pool did not work for three years. Maintenance was good towards the end. Just this is fraud when they were not even there. They lost personal documents. I feel just violated. They switch staff every couple months and they fire the good ones. I have seen more staff come and go and then the ones left jip you. I have had very bad experiences here with honesty and feeling safe in my own apartment. Now they are saying I owe money when I paid my bills. They told me to stay and pay a prorated rate till my move in date so I did not have to stay in a hotel till then. She told me she had forgot to put my move out date, but she fixed it and that is the only reason I had gotten a vacate letter because she messed up. They will not contact her because they fired her and she was the only one whom really helped me the most besides Erma, Sheena, Krissy, Misty and another manager. Some helped, but I needed out because of the mental abuse and them stalking, herassing me.They have yet to settle. They told me they fixed the balance then they told me something different. The people around there are something I have never seen before in my life. The most rudest, disrespectful nosey, condemning people throw trash on the ground I have ever met in my life. I have never felt so threatened for my life ever as I have when I lived there."

"I been having mold in the walls 10 months. My apartment smells like death. All my clothes are completely ruined and I can't get them to help me in any way . Everytime I look up the management is leaving and they have Temp in the office. No one acts as if they have ever heard of my concerns. I have multiple pictures and concerns to the things I have asked for help with. Ms. Erma was a outstanding person. Ms. Terry on the other hand stated that she would not help me knowing I had a leak. I also have a neighbor with the same leak and they refuse to fix her side . The smell is terrible. These are the most unheart felt people I have ever can in counter with . I have not been able to sleep in my home 3 months an they don't care . This is terrible"
