The maintenance man Jim is always quick to respond and so knowledgeable and although the office staff has changed a few times, there has always been some good changes made. Carter Josias has been such a big help to me in the last months of my lease in order to move into my new house and is so knowledgeable and personable. She made the transition so easy. I have called Falcon Lakes home for 15 years and always felt safe there. It's a great place to live, either long term or short term, and the most current owners definitely make you feel that way!"
