"Absolutely amazing staff, Sy is outstanding, Louie is phenomenal, the complex maintenance personel are absolutely amazing and are always available for the residents of Ridgecrest. I have been living in this community for over 2 years and i would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The pool is amazing, and my floorplan has a fireplace, um hello absolutely great to have in these winters. I love this place and i will continue to call Ridgecrest At Hulen Bend my home for the years to come! absolutely the best!"

"Moved in November of last year and I've loved living here. The staff was very helpful throughout the whole process of applying and getting moved in. Anytime I'm in the office it is always welcoming and the staff are always ready to help. They never get frustrated with all the questions I ask, and always do their best to get me the answers I need. They are on top of maintenance request. Many times they come out the same day the request was put in. The maintenance staff are also very friendly and approachable. I never fear or worry when they have to stop by to look at something. They're also very knowledgeable and work quick to get the problem fixed. I've had so many issues with apartment maintenance in the past but here I've never had to worry, they take good care of the people living here. The apartment complex is quiet. I've never had any issues with obnoxious neighbors or children. Everyone is respectful. If you are looking for an affordable, nice, and stress free place to live I would highly recommend stopping in, and speaking with the leasing office staff. They offer a variety of one and two bedrooms all under $1300. The interior of the apartments are nice and spacious and easy to make your own, especially the apartments with the built in fireplaces. That is such a nice feature during the colder months, and helps save on the electric bill. I could go on and on about how wonderful the staff is and how much I enjoy staying in these apartments but I encourage you to stop in and find out for yourself how amazing these apartments and the staff are!"
