"Pretty bad. Pools rarely ever open , they recently opened for the first time in almost 5 years and it was only open for a month, vending machine is broken and hasn’t been fixed in I believe 5 years. Community bathrooms are locked most of the time and the community water fountains don’t work."

"I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They send out eviction notices to people who pay their rent on time, probably for discriminatory reasons for people who are here on LOW INCOME HOUSING, and act like they’re too good to come out and fix things in your apartment. I’ve put in SEVERAL requests to have my bathroom lights fixed over the 4 years I have lived here and they refuse. I also put in requests to have someone come spray for bugs, they mark them as finished but no one has ever come. The kids here run around stealing from people and shooting off guns in the middle of the night and it doesn’t seem like anything has been done about that either. This place is an absolute embarrassment and at this point this apartment complex needs shut down."

"I will say I will give Alexis 10/10 for her help with helping me apply and get in quickly! The apartment is nice especially for the price. But with that being said I have been having tiny roaches & Ive slowly been getting rid of them. I have requested pest control and have not received it. The icing on the cake, my apartment had no hot water for a week & maintenance guy did come by and try to fix it but couldn't. He said to put in another work order if it didn't work. I called the office and I believe her name was Esmeralda? She put in a work order but its been two weeks almost since & hes never came by.... Luckily I googled the problem and fixed it myself! Thank god! But now I have no water in my sink, which I can live without for now. Everything has been good besides those problems. Great apartment layout and nice people in community, its just the roaches are bad :/"

"Don’t rent I lived here not even 1year had to break my lease 2 month’s before it was over with the blessing of the old manager after she saw the pictures and the story I told her before she got there. Within 10months she was the 4th manager. The roaches was terrible and I told them my apartment is not the problem every time they came they saw it was clean. You need to spray the entire building the place is nasty and plus there were some other bugs I never saw before. They didn’t care. I moved out got rid of my couch because I just couldn’t take it if food was left open even 2min I got rid of it (I didn’t trust it) I am owed deposit but have not received it and they have the nerve to say I owe +$2k and sent it to collections. They’re keep saying they’ll call but don’t call, they’ll email but nothing and when I call they don’t call back. I am getting ready to call my lawyer."
