"I wouldn’t even give 1 star for this place. They’re scammers. I literally had 2 days before I was supposed to move in. I gave these people $1333 dollars and I went to give them my dogs shot record and didn’t even know they had different management. I was lied to over and over about how they’d honor the original agreement I even went a toured the apartment then I received a text message that they couldn’t honor the price since they changed management. I had a welcome letter with the unit number and they did everything they could to increase the price. Since I didn’t agree I got my money orders back but the fact that they lied and got my hopes up and my 11 year old’s hopes up just shows how sorry these people are. It wouldn’t surprise me if another r managing company came along because these people clearly are out for money and don’t care about previous agreements even by their own employees. Do not waste your time"

"The office is always closed and they're website is completely offline. Extremely difficult to work with their deadlines when I can't do anything. There's also no online payments anymore and you have to pull out a money order. Also the 4 pools have never worked or been open since I moved here."

"NEVER EVER LEASE THIS APARTMENT!!! Signed a lease 1.5 months prior and was scheduled for move in as informed by the landlord however on the move-in date, the unit had no keys prepared. Next lied to me about broken a/c when the entire apartment was broken down. Gave me alternative which was also not functioning. When went to the office to ask for refund the manager DESSRAE shut the door right in front of my face during office hours. She is the most unprofessional and rude woman I have ever encountered. My package’s scheduled to arrive will now be delivered there when I don’t even stay there. Such a hassle to keep track of all my deliveries. Save your mental sanity and do not rent here. They never communicate with you. They only mean money and no proper business."

"Not the lease I signed for, was not able to get price displayed.. even though I was told I could and it was available. Lease was changed and then I was told its due to renovation/ cleaning.. I Wanted a 13 month lease, was told everyone is on a 13 month lease. My monthly price wouldn't drop like it showed online. Will not answer my calls once I was approved. I had to call from other numbers. Your guest have to pay for parking. So much for the 1st time here.. we shall see how the rest of the lease goes."

"I have lived here for 7 years now and i’ve been sending requests for a new door or for my current door to be fixed. The previous maintenance man Daniel, had been here since I moved in and constantly put it off and told me he would get to it eventually but NEVER fixed it. The door would not shut properly and winters were very cold from the freezing breeze that would blow into my living room to the point where i’d have to keep my heater on 90° just to keep the apartment “comfortable”. Summers were equally grueling and my AC not being able to keep up due to so much hot air coming in through the cracks during the many 100° days caused my AC to break and run continuously throughout the day until it would break down like clockwork every year during the hottest days and thus i’d have to call him in here multiple times a year to fix my AC to which he would always comment, “I don’t even believe in AC and I don’t have it in my own house” as if i’m not paying to live in an apartment with livable temperatures during the hot summers and cold winters. I would ALWAYS point out to him that the reason it was so common for it to breakdown every year was the door not closing properly and he’d always brush it off and fix the thermostat and never come back. The new maintenance man, Caleb, came by and fixed my AC when it broke again but immediately after I pointed out the door situation, he took a look at it and agreed that it was the cause of most of the issues and told me to send in a ticket and he’d get to it as soon as possible. I put the ticket in, reluctantly and didn’t think he’d actually stick to his word and do his job because of the aforementioned experiences. Sure enough, a few days passed and just as I was about to give up hope a knock at my door and it was the new guy with a drill in hand and weather strips to replace the old ones on the door. He immediately got to work and took care of my issue and not only added the weather strips but also repositioned the door and re-drilled holes on the wall so that it would lock tightly and there would be no chance of light coming through let alone any cold or hot air. Caleb was very thoughtful and very knowledgeable about his craft and extremely thorough in making sure I was happy with the work but that the work itself was done properly. Thank you, Caleb, for a job well done. This property is lucky to have him. I have uploaded two pictures to show just how bad it was before and how much better it is afterwards. Again, thanks for the good work."
