I could see myself living in a community such as this one. It has exactly what I want and everything else is minutes to seconds by."

"Well it's been almost a year here, and I've decided to re review. It's better then it ever was, yes there is a bit of a pest problem but keep a clean house you won't have those issues.. It is quite most of the time a very relaxed area if you like being loud this isn't the place for you if you like to kick back and chill this is the place. This new manager is on top of issues and very respectful"

"Can't wait to move!.....I was so excited to move here and this place has so much potential....but....it's infested! Roaches are everywhere! Even in the fridge! I haven't been able to cook a meal in this apartment in months. Can't sleep cause they get in the bed....and management will not tent the buildings unless everyone leaves for a day or so, and they only spray the kitchen when the exterminator does come. I've literally seen a wall of roaches in my pantry. This is what nightmares are made from...if anyone knows of anywhere or anyone that has a place for rent 2 or 3 bedroom, and will work with me on move in cost....?"

"I moved here in August and was not informed that they had a rat problem, on top of roaches as well. I also have a moldy, rotten cabinet that maintenance just painted over. I finally just started asking to be released from my lease contract, which they continue to ignore my request. Just keep saying pest control will come. They even offered me a new couch because rats are living under mine. Corporate won't answer the phone. At this point, they better hope my 1 year old doesn't get bitten because they're looking at a lawsuit if he does. The place is disgusting and I never would have put my child in this place if Daniel was honest and made me aware of the rat infestation."

"I've been here for almost 4 months and I've had some issues since staying here...For 1 the apartment I was shown is not the apartment im currently living in. My unit isn't upgraded at all. I'm paying $1125 for an apartment that has NO closet doors,no ceiling fans,the AC works when it wants to,the bathroom sink stays clogged up and there's a bad roach problem. Cars are being towed for no reason.Even this I tried to look over cause the manager Jaritza was very nice and allowed me to move in due to my situation. She was very professional and understanding of my situation and I appreciate her for that. These apartments would be ok if they were kept up more."
