"Don't waste your time coming to these apartments! During our tour, there was trash everywhere. Any question about the apartment itself got a "I don't know" response. Maybe the management is new because it's like they knew nothing & had no information to give us. Any question we had was met with more "I don't know". Total waste of our time."

"I’m going to have to agree with all the other reviews. I moved here and was bamboozled from the time I moved in, the time they wrongfully evicted me. I was not allowed to view the unit I was ready to sign my lease. They moved my FIVE kids and I on the THIRD FLOOR. (I asked them SPECIFICALLY not to put my family there.) They told me that was the only unit available. But I made the decision to go ahead and move due to being desperate to move bc of a messy divorce. Well, two days into the move I received a lease violation for noise. I communicated with management that I am just moving my things in. And it’s only been two days not to mention 5 kids. They agreed to cancel the lease violation. About a month later I received another lease violation bc my kids and I were SUPPOSEDLY involved in a fight that involved the police. The time and date they gave didn’t add up bc my kids weren’t home those days. She told me she knew it was my kids bc they had a video. So I said oh great let me see. The video was clear as day and neither me nor my kids were in it. I had to have all 5 of my kids come to the front office to prove it wasn’t them. She had no choice but to apologize and cancel that lease violation too. They seemed pretty nice but I just don’t know what was about to come. 3months after I moved in my rent was increased to the max for a 3 bedroom. do when the time came for me to pay the 1400 I just needed a little time to pay it. I AGAIN communicate with management and asked could I come in and pay it on a certain date, she agreed. BUT Little did I know she had intentions of filing for an eviction just 11 days after rent was due. I was literally only 11 days behind. I didn’t mind paying the extra fees bc that’s in the lease agreement. I was fine with that. But since she had filed for the eviction my balance went from 1400 to 1800. I then came in about a week later with the FULL balance, (bc I was no longer allowed to pay online) the manager accepted my rent and told me she would post it to my account. But about two hours later the assistant manager told me she’s not accepting my rent unless I pay next months rent with the fees from the month we were in. I didn’t understand bc we weren’t in the next month yet. But I was thinking that was the rules. But I couldn’t afford to pay 1800 plus another 1400 in the same day. I would have to wait until my next pay day. But the court date was in between that time so if I couldn’t pay it before the court date “there was nothing she could do.” Is what she told me. I showed to court and my case was dismissed due to not giving proper notice to vacate. So after that my rent still was no accepted. I came in the office on multiple occasions to pay my rent but it was not accepted. I couldn’t understand why someone would want a single momma and 5 kids to be out on the street like that. My rent got so far behind that I just couldn’t afford to keep up after all of it. During the short time I was there. The was trash piled everywhere. In the building I resided in the down stairs neighbor allowed kids of all ages to run in and out of her unit at all times of the day and night. I’m talking all the way up until about 4-5 am the next morning. There would be trash in the breezeway from the second floor all the way down to the third floor. Someone threw egg on my car and others ppls cars as well. Most of the kids were unsupervised. There was a shooting one night and we counted 12 bullet shells in the breezeway on the way to the car. One of my neighbors car had a bullet hole right in her windshield. It didn’t too much bother me bc I don’t let my kids out to play with the other kids bc I noticed bad behavior. All I did was try. I wasn’t problematic I just needed a place to stay to get away from the marriage I was in. I thought I had saved my kids but we ended up homeless. If you feel you could do better I would say try somewhere else first."

"My wife and I recently went to view one of their units to decide if we wanted to move here. The apartment was perfect. Great size with a nice balcony, but the people that live here are disgusting. There was dog poo EVERYWHERE, grass, sidewalks, and even in the street. People had their laundry hanging from the balcony. To say that the garbage was overflowing is an understatement. The young lady at the front desk Missouri was very sweet and attentive, but that wasn't enough for us to even pretend like we were interested. The rent is inflated considering all these factors, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!"

"Front office staff never answers the phone. No one is on the same accord. Destiny is rude and does not even appear to like her job. The apartments are nice despite the children everywhere. Maintenance men are awesome. I would not recommend the front office staff is TRASH. They get new managers almost every year so that says A LOT. Destiny needs a find a job she likes cause her attitude is HORRIBLE!"
