"My fiance and I really enjoy living here! The grounds are kept nice, it's beautiful, we can walk trinity trail, and maintenance is great. We feel safe for the most part. However, the gates have never operated since we've lived here and a neighbor's tires were stolen off of his truck in close proximity to us. They do have a carport down and we had major issues with office staff during move in. They charge way too many admin and service fees like a sewer charge, water base charge, water/sewer admin fee, sewer charge, storm water charge, sewer base charge, pest fee, trash/admin fee, trash and then your rent!! I inquired about the fees at move in and was assured they didn't charge excessively, ha!"
"Honestly couldn’t be happier with our choice to move here! The maintenance staff is great, the landscaping company is great, and the awesome staff inside always answering questions or concerns is great! So close to clearfork with great dining options, easy access to the trinity trails for great exercise options, and love the two pools on the property! Absolutely love calling this place home!"
"Me and my husband have been living at the canyons for a little over two years now! It’s been hands down the best experience!!! Maintenance is always on top of things and just the grounds them self are absolutely beautiful!!! We love it here!!!"
"Living here for two years now. New management happened the first year living here the place is a great safe living place. A lot of families as well and nice neighbors. 2 big pools and many more activities you can do just by living here. We really love the once a month breakfast. I’m happy living here and if you are looking for a safe fun place to live the canyons is the place. Kensey H"

First and foremost I was impressed by the well-maintained grounds, friendly staff, and proximity to teinity trails, grocery stores among others. The management team has been exceptional in addressing any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. They genuinely care about the residents’ comfort and go above and beyond to create a positive living experience."
