West Wind Apartments

"So far I really like these apartments. We moved in in march. Its quiet and feels safe its well maintained and I haven't had any problems. Good price for the amount of space as well compared to many other complexes in the area."

"My review of this complex, At 1st rent of $690 was a great deal, but asked about signing a years lease and they dont do that, I get it so you can jack up the rate, the rent went up around $700 which wasn't too bad. then the last rent increase was quite excessive, for what they offered, no more onsite security at night, not gated, roach issues. These apts are in a run down area, just to the left of the complex is tent city aka a homeless camp. There is homeless traffic in and out all hours of the day and night. My car was tempered with by someone leaving notes to come chill at their tent in the woods. There was times, when their was domestic fights going on at night. Their painting project was a joke, took a year, but looks like a child painted the place, nails are also not picked up on the grounds, parking lot areas. Some of the female residents did not feel safe going to their cars due to the homeless traffic that occurs at this property. My tip keep looking around you will find much better places to rent who offer more that what they are trying to get out of these old run down apt homes. Plus their random inspections done at the last min, make zero sense. Expect water to be shut off for days, with no eta when they will turn it back on."

"This apt complex doesn't even deserve 1 star. The office has one employee, they do these random inspections that make no sense, you can barely get someone to answer and to top it off they are raggedy/worn down and dirty. Someone else complained of the roaches, this is absolutely correct. Made plenty of calls about that and nothing. DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER!!"

"I live here currently and it's mostly quiet except for a few unsupervised children running around but that's fairly normal in apartment living and not an issue for me at least. There is a roach issue but pest control is quick to come out every Tuesday and make sure something is done. They fixed and replaced my entire AC over the Summer which was super convenient and nice. The knock off on one star is because I asked about roaches before I moved in and was not told about them, but that's okay because they do keep them maintained. I've never had any issues with maintenance coming in a timely fashion or with the office personnel they are super kind and understanding."
