"DO NOT MOVE HERE ⚠️⚠️WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! If you're thinking about moving here think again.These wretched people need to be held accountable for their actions!!!! My husband & I were working with management to move into one of their 2 bedroom apartments on 2/1/2024. We had started our process at least 4 months in advance to ensure a smooth process (it was anything but that) We spoke with Alison for 1 week discussing all of our needs for the move and what unit we'd like to have. We specifically asked for a unit in the back of the apartments since my husband works from home. We were told we could live in building 7 and that we had everything planned and had our first lease signed. Not even 2 days later we received a call stating that Alison had been fired and that she gave us a unit that we were unable to move into so they offered an apartment in building 11 (which is right next to the busy road) so we had to decline.They assured us that this was just a one time mess up so we proceeded with our move in process. We were then passed off to Jennifer, we spoke with her for 4 months discussing our needs, she ensured that we wouldn't have anything like what happened with Allison again. She then offered us unit 5208 which was perfect for us in our situation. So we paid our fees and signed the lease. Currently we have friends that live here and have had friends that lived here for a year prior that had the normal problems of apartments like roaches/ bad neighbors/and neglectful management so we assumed that they couldn't be that bad of apartments like others that we’ve seen online. Boy were we sooo wrong on 1/29/24, 2 day before we were to be moving in I had called 3 times that day to discuss the logistics of setting up my electric/ first month payment, key pickup, and to remove washer and dryer since i had my own they answered all my questions with no problem so we felt very confident to set up electric, insurance, and payed our movers. Then I got a call at 5:30pm just 30 mins before they closed!!! It was their front desk girl named Hailey calling to inform me 2 days before my move that a pipe had broken in our apartment 2 weeks ago and that it is unlivable. She then offered to move us into building 11 yet again. We discussed with Hailey that this was a massive screw up on their part and that they would be fixing it to our original request yet again, so we made an appointment for a meeting the following day (1/30) with their regional manager Brooke. We showed up at their 9am opening time to find out that Brooke had no communication that there was any meeting at all. She was very condescending and not helpful or hospitable like you should be in this situation. Just stating that "I just dont think you'll be happy here so you're better off going somewhere else" she gave us a master key to go look at available apartments. All the apartments we viewed were not apartment ready nor were they the floor plan that we had agreed upon. With no other solution we decided to cut ties with this horrible establishment. They did inform us that due to the colossal inconvenience they caused us they would refund out money which to no surprise hasn't arrived yet & it’s been over a month. If you want to move anywhere DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They are very unethical, dishonest company that will only rob you of your money if you choose to live there. If you need proof go look at the photos in other reviews. They are not kidding when saying that this place is one of the worst apartments to ever encounter. If I could leave 0 stars I would."
"So many issues with this complex I don’t know where to even start. My daughter is tired of living there and moving to newer nicer for same or better price…. Gates always broken and don’t work half the time…. Here is a pic of the keypad to show how well the place is maintained"
"YOU NEED TO READ THIS!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If you live here, make sure you DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! These people need to be held accountable!! The staff is unbelievably unprofessional, including their corporate office. The day of move in, the unit was trash. (See photos)This set me back to where I had to extend my U-Haul and move at the hottest part of the day, up a flight of stairs when originally I was on the first floor. Days after moving in, my son and I experienced severe itching, hives and rash on our bodies, and eventually shortness of breath. This was due to mold in the unit (photos included). Although I meticulously kept record of everything, unless you pay big bucks ($600+) to have a professional come test for the amount of mold particles in the air, you don’t have much to fight in court, although I’m still considering. Upon move in, I had to go an entire week without doing my laundry for it took 10 days to have my dryer hooked up, although they were notified several times. I went an entire month without being able to use the kitchen sink for there was no hot water or pressure. It took multiple attempts, and weeks of leaving messages before someone from corporate finally contacted me. After submitting photos of the hives and my concern regarding the condition of the HVAC after being told it was cleaned, again, heard from no one for days. I constantly had to call, email and send physical letters in the mail to get anywhere with these people. Eventually, Jessica from corporate informed me I could break my lease with no relet fee, and provided me with $150 credit. However, this in no way made up for weeks of severe and painful itching, loss of sleep, the money I had to spend to rent another U-Haul, move once more, uproot my son from school and loss of wages, having to take time off to move once more. Since residing here, there has not once been a groundskeeper, cars are vandalized with no cameras on property. Broken glass and trash everywhere, neighbors going months without AC with record high temperatures.(Paying $1,625+ for 2 bedroom) The guest house is filthy with stains on cushions, no rubber on pool sticks to play pool. Gym has outdated equipment that is not maintained, doesn’t work, no sanitary wipes in station. Pool closed for most of summer, on and off, never maintained, trash everywhere. The thing that boils my blood the most is once I notified corporate and the front office that I would be moving, and asked for confirmation, they have, “ghosted” me ever since. Only sending notifications everyday informing me I’m past due on rent. This place is TRASH!! You’re better off moving elsewhere for there are so many new apartments in the area charging the same if not less. These people only care about making money with no consideration for their residents. Photos of the HVAC are after they were cleaned and mold was found. Second round of photos are the condition of the unit I was originally moved into. These ARE NOT LUXURY!! Nothing like when they respond with a generic response,” We pride ourselves on providing a luxury community with a host of state-of-the-art amenities and upscale finishes.” LIES on top of LIES! AI could have generated a more convincing response. Try harder next time! Oh wait, that would be too much for them."
