"Unless you don't care about yourself or how you live, NEVER MOVE IN HERE!!!! Management doesn't care and you will never get them to do anything for you, the area is unsafe, the complex is raggedy and disgusting, they will turn off the water to "work on it" without telling you and good luck finding out when it'll come back on, you can't have anything on your patio, and after all that they still have the AUDACITY to do random inspections where theye MOVE AND GO THROUGH YOUR STUFF!!! NEVER EVER LIVE HERE!!!! Adding on to my first post, DAY 3 OF NO WATER AND NO WORD ON WHEN IT'LL BE BACK ON!!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!!"
"Worst place I have ever lived in by far people in the office do not care they're only here for a job you feel persecuted in the management lies on the tenants constantly there's an old lady named Leonora who is too old to do her job she has an attitude every day and I am convinced that she is racist. If you're thinking about this place is still being your next home for at least a year I would just suggest that you look a little harder you don't want to live in a roach-infested apartment."
"I’ve left a review before, the new management is terrible, the office staff never answers the phone, almost everytime it rains the power goes out and the water pressure has now been terrible the last 3 days. The property isn’t maintained with the grass getting so long a small child could get lost in it."
"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Management first lied about the admin fee being 250 and was very rude on the phone. When she wrote 150 on the top of our application. Each application is $50 so when I gave her $300 for admin and applications after her change in admin fees. She took it app on her self to remove one of the applications making us not qualify. Management also say that the application process only takes one day now we are on day 5 and no one has call to tell us there decision. Save your self the time this place is dirt and old. Also this property has recently gone under new management, and this is how they are treating there potential renters."
"This place is amazing! I recently inquired with Jewel in the office and she was fantastic. I heard the love for her job all through the phone. She quoted me with rates within my budget and was very helpful in finding what I wanted. Good people and places are hard to find, I’m glad she was there to help me!"
