"Horrible management. When stuff brakes down they are no where to be seen. They are a bunch of money hungry people. They have eliminated a bunch of the parking for tenants and marked it as "visitor" parking only to make more money off of us. A bunch of tenants are forced to leave their cars out on the streets sometimes block away."
"My Childhood was here and it will always hold a place in my heart I always loved it. The people there are always nice and have never done something to upset me. I thank God every day I can always come back a take a little visit."
"Horrible cockroach infested apartments. One of the other tenants drove into my apartment's fireplace. We were lucky they didn't drive through the window. When we talked to them about it and asked about installing utility poles in front of windows for safety they said they would not even though people's cars could easily drive off the upper parking lot. This happened twice while we lived there those two years. When the swat evacuated everyone in the apartments for 24 hours because some convicted child molester was burrowed up into the attic hiding from the cops, that was the final straw. We left the next day and never looked back. Do not move here. Beware the cheap move in scam and low rent they raise the rent the next year. Nothing positive about living here. I was originally in an apartment without hot water for about 6 months. I was broke and had bad credit at the time so I was stuck there. Had to call code enforcement 10 times to get them to do something. They finally moved me into another apartment because they refused to fix this issue."

"This place is absolutely horrible. Management is a bad joke the people renting are just terrible peeing on the fence trash thrown about. No one has any respect you wanna go to the hood come here first. I don't see how they are still open"
