"Not terrible as long as you don't get shot, stabbed, or beaten by the copious drug addicts in the whole neighbor hood. Police patrols are useless. I did security here during the remodel in 2011. Gun fire several times a night. I witnessed a 3 duffel bag drug transaction happen. I saw a woman get attacked near the back of complex. I saw addicts in the open shooting up in a lawn chair. Second worst neighborhood right after Stop6."

"My parents lived here for three yrs. At first it was pretty great. But then, new managers started to come every few months, poor maintenance after the big freeze last winter had them living in mold and roaches. And then, after suffering through all the bs, these ppl refused to renew the lease for a fourth year or give them a new apt, and without much warning my elderly parents were tossed out on the streets. And to top it all off, Maintenance guys will steal from you."
