"The only reason I’m rating it at two is because when you look at the pictures, it looks really nice and when you’re pulling up to the apartment it looks nice but when you get to where the unit is it’s trash everywhere nothing is picked up we have roaches they kept saying they’re gonna come and spray no one has came. I’ve been here for two going on three months and I am so ready for my lease to be up. It’s ridiculous windows screens are messed up roaches coming from under the sink And don’t get me started on the mold mold is all on the window. Mold is everywhere. My son has asthma is hard to breathe literally been doing breathing treatments. My sister is scared to bring her newborn baby over because of all the mold. It’s ridiculous. Then we had an incident with little kids fighting gun going off. This is not the environment. My kids need to grow up and new to Texas and new to the apartment smh. DONT MOVE HERE NO MATTER WHAT THE DEALS ARE THEY TRY TO GIVE YOU. My apartment was never moving ready. Even the maintenance guy said that and the guy from corporate apologizing because it’s not move in ready."

"I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO FEEL ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS.The fact that my filters have not been changed in my unit is horrible an what makes it even worse is that I just moved in it. Me an my kids have asthma we had to go to the hospital because we were having a hard time breathing. Then I open my AC unit only to see mold an a dirty filter. An the maintenance told me I have to wait an also told me the ceiling fans work as if it didn't matter. Me an my kids or suffering because they really don't care. An the doctor also said that whatever is in there could be hazardous to me an my children's health. I will just have to find someone who can better deal with this matter."

"Unprofessional scam artist never lived here applied but experience with the office staff Taylor and the male supervisor who was very disrespectful I decided to rent elsewhere. Now I have magically have an eviction from this apartment complex where I never signed, live or paid… not one staff member has followed up or responded with my concerns. If I could give a negative -10 I would rate them as such. Do Not Rent or Apply here."

"It's is not. All low income it is however based on your income and for those who just like the area and the location you can always pay for rent it's for the fair and equal housing giving everyone an opportunity for fair and equal housing as a US citizen"
