"Current resident If i could give this complex anything less, I would. For starters- the manager and office staff have absolutely no idea what they’re doing or talking about EVER. Carmen has shown me disrespect on multiple occasions in doing things such as eye rolling, name calling, slamming doors in my face, cursing at me, etc. When I bring this to the attention of the manager, nothing is done. They will sit in their offices and intentionally ignore your phone calls until you’re on call 27 (to be exact). My family asked for a unit change over six months ago, signed transfer papers three months ago, and have yet to move or been given another lease. Now for our lovely unit malfunctions- 1. Our AC has gone out AT LEAST 15 times. This is not an exaggeration to any extent. We’ve gone 2-4 days with no AC. We’ve been told the maintenance man would be here in an hour to fix it, and NEVER SHOWS. We’ve been told that because it isn’t 80 degrees outside, BUT OUR THERMOSTAT IS SAYING 82 IN OUR APT, that there is no reason for emergency and we will have to wait until the next business day. 2. When we first moved in, we had a clogged toilet for the first couple months. Every time we would call, (then) manager Amy, would accuse us of purposely putting things in our toilet that do not belong flushed. She would tell us “just use your other bathroom”. After all of the accusing, a toothbrush was finally found at the very bottom of the toilet. 3. Our front and balcony doors have never latched/locked properly. Maintenance man has “fixed” them on several occasions. This is a SAFETY HAZARD for my two and three year old. 4. The bugs here are disgusting. A couple months ago, my entire family had to leave after a bug infestation. There were roaches, ants, worms, gnats, etc crawling on the walls, ceilings, in my fridge, in my cabinets, EVERYWHERE! Of course, we were told there was nothing they could do. We waited two weeks for an exterminator to come patch a hole in our wall causing all these disgusting bugs to live freely in my home. 5. There is water damage in our guest bathroom on the ceiling walls. I notified management eight or so months ago, and was told this black mold/water damage was no biggy. I’ve debated writing a review for this complex since i moved in, but i just kept hoping things would get better. But this evening I’m sweating in my bed with my child who can’t sleep because it’s 83 degrees in our home. I’m sitting here after calling the emergency line over and over. I’m sitting here after being told BY THE MAINTENANCE MAN, he’d be here at 10pm (3 hours ago). I’m sitting here writing this as a mom whose son has seizures when his body temperature rises too high. NOBODY IN THIS COMPLEX HAS ANY CARE FOR ANYONE ELSE. I guarantee you the maintenance man is asleep in bed with his family as mine is up, awake, and miserable. Please please PLEASE, DO NOT move into this complex. Do not. Do not. Do not."

"I have been emailing and calling Clear Creek Apartments for the last two days. My application was recently denied because of a criminal background that I don't have. I was referred to called Corelogic. I called Corelogic and they informed me that they never reported a criminal background to Clear Creek Apartments, everything came back good. They are also sending me the report by mail. I have never been evicted or arrested. NO BACKGROUND what so ever. I refuse to rent with you all any further but I am Distraught at the fact that I was incriminated and will be getting me a lawyer because that kind of activity is unacceptable. Me and my son are borderline homeless and to get a email back saying my application was denied and next to the reason says criminal was very heartbreaking for me. I need answers ASAP. What would be the reason that you guys will do that to me?"

"I guess my first review didn't go through. First of all the maintenance guy there is awesome. Don't know why he work there. But anyway as stated in 1st review. I lived there 3 years, loud music and kids running all over , breaking things. Pool was unpleasant to use when it was open. Manager is rude and never answer or return calls. Even corporate managers never answer or return calls. I have been tryin to get my deposit since November 15th was told by manager in office I will receive in 30 days. Well it's almost another 30 days. I have call the office here and in Ohio with no response but I'll send you to voice mail. Now I have spoke with my lawyer if I don't receive by January 15th, which they have 60 days legally to get to me. I will move forward with legal action. But don't tell tenants 30 days when it's not. Just asking to be truthful and inform me of where my deposit is. Bad and unprofessional."

"I live here and the service and maintenance are well below satisfactory. There is only 1 maintenance person and he tries hard to keep up with all of requests but he Needs help and management is apparently, too cheap to hire more help! There are some real noisy tenants at times, lots of unsupervised children and very dirty breezeways. There used to be more diversity amongst the tenants, but now mostly African Americans and Hispanics living here now and I truly believe that that is why management doesn't keep up the property as well as they once did! Also, the pool is rarely open (not at all this summer, so far) and there isn't a Safety Officer on the premises anymore. I think it could be nice to live here again if more attention was taken in selection of future tenants and to maintenance! My opinion!!"

"The apartments look nice but the services are horrible! The breezeway are filthy and haven't been cleaned in over a year or more! Maintenance says they will be power washed but that never happens. Pool closed in early August 2017, without any explanation. Management changes every other month. I am very disappointed in these apartments, as they seemed very well maintained when I originally moved in, October 2015. Now the only thing that's up to par are the gardening services. There are too many unsupervised kids running all over the place, loud adults and barking dogs, many not on leaches. Gate is often in disrepair and dumpsters are not properly maintained. I could go on and on about the deficiencies at Clear Creek. I can hardly wait for my lease to be up next year so I can move!"
