"They Weren’t Honest About The Pest When I Asked Before I Moved In. The Charging Increasingly Go Up After The First Two Months, The Apartment itself Isn’t Worth The Price. After the 3rd Of The Month There Is A Traditional $75 Late Fee With the Additional Fee Of $10 Per Day Until You Make The Full Payment. Also My Dishwasher Has Been Broken & The Office Has Been Aware For Over 3 Months That Its Been Leaving A Foul Smell Throughout The Apartment They Have Yet To Come & Even Look At It But On The Other Hans Atleast They’re Willing To Put A Past Due Balance Paper On Your Door For Everyone To See The Day After Your Payment Is Late."

"The management team is very helpful. I've had a few maintenance problems but maintenance has come out and fixed it the same day. The maintenance team is efficient and polite. It took a few months to get my online account working so I had to submit a cashiers check which was annoying and inconvenient. It's working now which makes paying rent so much better."

"If I could give a negative amount of starts I would. This place looks very nice in ads but is another story when you have to sit in the lobby for 3 hours because after a week your app wasn't even submitted. In those 3 hours I was able to see actual tenants come in with their personal complaints. I had already given a deposit I was serious about placing my family here. They put me off and the ladies in the office were very unprofessional and rude. They kept my money and denied me for something on my record more than 13 years old. I've had over 3 apartments since then but they obviously did this due me getting upset with how childish the lady was being. These people have no intention to give people a home and make sure their tenants are happy. They are obviously their just for a paycheck with no people skills what so ever. Tenants were telling me as I waited not to go their. Out $300.00 and that's how they behaved. I'm lucky that's all the money that was waisted but definitely did not have 300.00 to just throw away. Thanks for taking what I had back to square one."

"HORRIBLE. I have lived here for 4 years and a few months ago the complex was bough out and they hired new staff. The new "secretary" is SO rude. She is not helpful at all, all she does is sit around and when I have asked for help or information regarding something she LITERALLY says "it's not my problem". I cannot wait to move out of this craphole. The walls are like paper, i can hear my neighbors TV at night. The pool hasn't been open in like 2 years, and it's always GREEN. NO ONE EVER CLEANS IT. In the mornings, it literally takes ONE HOUR for the shower water to warm up. They are quick to raise the rent and add to the list of rules, but they don't address our problems. One of my neighbors was attacked late at night feet away from her own doorstep. They haven't made any type of acknowledgement or attempt to make the community safer. i have to RUN from my car to my door when i get home from work at night, and i pay about $800 a month. Ridiculous."
