"Office staff seems to be ok at the moment. But we need a more experience maintenance man. Nothing things are not the way it should be around here. All I know is that we need a better maintenance guy not some young kid that doesn't seem to do his job. Living here in the apartment complex in our building. Tenants are complaining that there is loud noise coming from upstairs, didn't know he was living there they said. All I know is, a maintenance man living on property is kind of great. But he or she should be capable of doing their job. And that apartment he has is been taking away from the more deserving future tenant."

"I am very shocked at the negative comments. Ashley, in the office has been absolutely amazing from the start. The approval was seamless and I moved in that next week. This community is quiet, friendly and everyone seems to keep to themselves. I had several things that needed to be fixed and though it took longer than expected Ashley made sure to have someone come take care of my list that same day! He did a great job and so fast! I am very happy here and would recommend this property!"

"Tell the truth shame the devil. I hope this message reaches YOU well, because inquiring minds wants to know! First off, WHERE/WHO is Management? WHY aren’t the phones NEVER being answered? WHY are visitors having to pay almost $8 to PARK? WHY must you get out of your vehicle, walk to the leasing office building just to enter the gate code to enter the complex? WHY is it such an inconvenience? WHY does your units have ROACHES? WHY isn’t that a priority to get under control? WHY does it take forever for maintenance work-orders to be completed? WHY do you have young/inexperienced 20yr old “maintenance men “ working the property? WHY isn’t some of the stairways power-washed? WHY???? In hindsight, it’s very quiet. Area is great, schools are great. The individuals living here are friendly. ITS THE MANAGEMENT/PROPERTY OWNERS! “THEY” are hindering the true potential of this property. Just because this is an income based property does not mean you show little/to ZERO effort with accommodations for the current/ future residents. These apartments deserve the reviews they currently have. And I’m almost positive the individuals occupying their units feel the same, because WHY!? Lease at your own discretion. "The office managers are hardly available. They never answer the phone and once you’re off work the office is closed. They can’t keep a maintenance person. It takes forever for them to fix anything. It took them 6 months to fix a tub, during the summer the AC was broken every other week. Now they have the nerve to start charging guest for parking. You can tell they are just a greed filled management company"
