Cumberland on Granbury Apartments

"I moved here a couple of years ago in quite a rush after accepting a job offer. From the get go they have always been fast and easy to work with which is comforting as I was moving from a much smaller city. I actually signed a contract before even stepping foot on the property and I was not disappointed. The office staff and management are fast at replying to emails and responding to phone calls; not to mention great communicators and understanding. The maintenance staff is wonderful and even fixed a non-urgent request on a weekend right before a big freeze. I have enjoyed getting to know various residents that have become friends. The gates always work which make me feel safe. The community is quiet and just 10 minutes away from anything and everything. The quick access to the toll road makes weekday mornings and afternoons nice. I have truly enjoyed my time here and am sad to be leaving. I am glad to have called this place home the last couple of years. Thank you Mateo and Elsa for your kindness!!"

"I stayed here for more than a year. They started lying from day one. They told us they would replace carpet before we move in but they dis not and carpet was horrible. They claimed it is new but there were big stains on it. Also, they showed us during tour before we sign contract and carpet was horrible. They agreed to replace the carpet after quite struggle after our move in. We had issues with loud parties, not to mention about parking. They hunt for cars to tow away. That time time manager was rude, incompetent and disrespectful lady. They ask you to make deposit but they never refund it no matter what. We were not able get ours back even we left aprtment cleaner than we received. We cleaned inch by inch and there was no even dust in the apartment. But they told us it is not clean. They just tell a lie without any hesitation. They make every effort to get your money or charge a nonsense fee. They need to learn honesty and ethical business. Update. Your worker showed us before it was ready and it was in horrible state. You only react to bad reviews which shows your face to the public. I wish I was invited to move out inspection but you never do such because you cannot charge people otherwise. I lived in there and I can prove it. Stop lying again."

"Been nothing but helpful and have done their best to get us situated even during a fire. I don’t understand these towing complaints they explain it very clearly when you move in. Update: Elsa and Matteo and her team are awesome. Kept their word on helping and they did!"

"My stay here was nothing short of wonderful! The grounds were always clean, the staff very knowledgeable and professional and my neighbors were even top notch. It was a blessing living here!!! Tia, the office mgr, and the rest of the office team make life in Ft. Worth the bomb. Thanks y’all. I can’t say enough good things about this complex."
