"This is hands down the worst apartment I've ever lived in. When I moved in there was food in the dishwasher, the walls were burnt everywhere, and the apartment infested amongst other things. The apartment managers are never on property and they never answer the office phones. It's been such a struggle just to get basic repairs completed. I have requested multiple times to speak to someone higher up to no avail. Save your money and don't rent these disgusting apartments. Hands down one of my biggest mistakes."
"Have been here two years, the last and final year was spent 6 months without a working toilet and 8 months without a dishwasher. Constant and I do mean almost constant loud booming cars and neighbors music can be heard at all hours of the early morning, day, and of course evening. Regardless if you notify the office, the music continues. Your best bet is to file a noise complaint to the police. Property finally has management and the maintenance issues were fixed a couple of months after their take over. I do not recommend moving a family here ever. There are multiple drug dealers with lots of constant traffic coming in and out. The gate has been broken for over a year and do not have amazon ship to your door, your package will be stolen!"
