"Wow! What a deceptive place. Monica assured me that in order to approve my application I must first notify my current apartments that I'll be moving out and that it must be in writing. She also said, "if you don't you'll be placed on a list for other apartments to see". So I did and my application was denied. To add insult to injury, they charged $200 for the "application fee" and refused to give a refund or let me speak to upper management. Consumer beware... And Monica should be advised that this could be a violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Don't worry about me Monica, I'll find a place to live.. thanks for nothing. To the owner: You have not even attempted to provide even the most basic customer service. To say you strive for the best is a lie. And while you can claim I misunderstood, I say with certainty, you are misleading and deceptive. In any case, I'd rather not give you anymore of my honestly earned money."

"I toured this property on Sept 29th and Monica was great. She was patient with all the questions I had, allowed me the time to thoroughly walk the apartment we were viewing and take all the pictures I wanted. The property looks well maintained and I was pleasantly surprised that the pictures online realistically represent what the property and units looks like. This is a top contender when my husband and I are ready to move in March. Thanks Monica and team for making me feel welcome to what will hopefully become our home in the future."

"I’ve said before that RPP exceeds by far any other place where I’ve rented the last 40 years in Mexico and in the USA. I recently read the comments of someone having to leave the property to go take care of her mom, feeling sad and nostalgic about it. Dylan is my favorite guy in the property and in a way they all are! It’s management and operational systems, their performance stokes excellence and one can only feel thankful to live here. BUT GEORGE blew my heart late last night after trying to fix my A/C without luck, I should probably say chance, and left at my doorstep a small electrical A/C unit to place in my room to help me pass the night!!! And despite the noise hahaha THAT WAS INCREDIBLY AWESOME !!!! But he’s that … AWESOME !"

"I've lived here since October of 2022. It's been my favorite apartment I've lived at so far. Moving in was easy, maintenance has been prompt in dealing with issues, and everyone who works here is just friendly and nice. You get the idea they actually enjoy the job, I think the property not being managed by a big company helps in that. I moved here over other apartments in this area because they don't do market pricing that changes daily , they change their rates every 6 months or so. 7/3/2023 our A/C broke. I noticed and put in a request at 9am and by 6pm we had working A/C the day before a holiday with them having to replace the entire unit. This was much appreciated with it being summer and the maintenance guy told me even if he couldn't get the new unit working he'd install a window unit to hold us over if necessary. The property is well maintained and despite it being an older community everything looks nice inside. I'd highly recommend living here. The only downside I've encountered here is limited parking and this is an older community, it's not the place to live if you're trying to throw big parties every weekend."
