Enclave on Golden Triangle Apartments

"My partner had his motorcycle stolen from the front of our garage, they also stole 2 more bikes inside the community (same night). There are no securities cameras in the entrance AND the front gate is always broken leaving the entrance WIDE OPEN for anyone to come in."

"I lived in community 2 years. Staff is amazing and have had no issues. Maintenance guys are top notch. I opened a ticket in app and they were mostly there same day. The 1 bedroom that I lived in inotaially was great for me and my little one with only negative being storage space. Moved to two bedroom with 2 car garage and loved the layout. Love love and highly recommend. I felt safe and never had any issue. Only negative is front units face a busy street and it’s like a raceway almost all hours of the day and night."

"I thoroughly enjoy living here, the office staff are extremely nice specifically Corinne, she is always willing to address any issues and provide clear communication with anything going on and super friendly. I appreciate Hollys help as well. She went out of her way to fix my garage opener to help me get back into my unit. The complex is kept clean, trash picked up and most importantly the gates works. Anytime I have a maintenance order they come the next day and fix whatever issues I have. I will continue to renew my lease here it is a great place to live!"

"The Apartment was nice. My two issues were the parking and the dirty swimming pool. Don't stay here unless you have assigned parking. Or you will be very disappointed. The management will blame tenants parties and tenants visitors. But the design of the parking spaces to the number of apartments don't add up. But the apartments are super quiet and I rarely seen any parties. My second issue was the dirty swimming pool. When you do the tour, look at the swimming pool closely and you will see what I mean. If you stop by in the evening, you probably see the local ducks swimming in the pool. And if you stop by in the evening, you will see there isn't enough parking. The management company needs to knock out some grass areas and build more parking."

"One of the best places to live. I highly recommend living here. The staff is always friendly and will answer any questions you may have or concerns that may come up. It's a quiet gated community. With moving here from out of state I feel safe and would recommend this place to all my friends and family. The apartments are well-kept and well maintained and if you ever need maintenance they are always on top of it. I also love that they are also a pet friendly community. I am definitely going to renew my lease. After 3 years living at Enclave on Golden triangle. It's time to move on. But without a doubt I highly recommend renting a apartment here. Everyone was always friendly and answered all my questions and concerns anytime something came up. Great apartment and felt safe living here. anytime I needed maintenance or whatever they were always on top of it. Dog park, pool, gym, basketball court. everything you need. walmart across the street and Aldi's opening up soon. what else could you ask for everything right at your fingertips. Hope you enjoy this place as much as I did."
