"I moved in a yr ago only because I lived here before and liked. Now it's horrible apt infested with roaches when we moved in office said they would take care of it and haven't. Either we don't have water at all or there is no hot water or water pressure. Haven't had good working refrigerator for a month now. The maintenance is horrible. The only good thing here is Ms Gloria in the office. The new manager is horrible. Miss Ms Mary so much."
