"*Update: Multiple planks of flooring have been coming up in the living room area. An outside company will have to repair it, but it’s great that it shouldn’t take long. Inconvenient, but not a dealbreaker because the complex and unit is still beautiful! Just seems that the units aren’t inspected too well prior to residents moving in. Kylie was extremely helpful and kind during my tedious cross country move in process. From setting up a tour, signing my lease, and moving in, she’s been the most helpful staff member I’ve come across in a long time with any apartment complex, but everyone has also been wonderful! She was also super helpful in accommodating everyone that had to come help me move in, which I greatly appreciated! My only issue is that certain areas of my apartment were obviously ignored prior to moving in (ie. balcony and bedroom) but so far no other complaints (will update in the future if there are any). So far recommend this community, it’s beautiful!"

"This is a wonderful community with many wonderful people! My wife and I have greatly enjoyed the staff, the amenities, and our neighbors. We meet great people and fur-buddies at the dog-park and really have a strong sense of community. Like any community, some maintenance items and requests take time followup on and follow-through with but Kylie and her teammates have continually given us a great experience as we work to better our community! Keep up the great work, team!"

"Been living here for 6 months. Beautiful apartment complex. Vast array of amenities (if I had a dog they would be in heaven), the trinity river is right behind my apartment so you can literally walk out there and walk along the river trail. Nice and quiet area. Very secure, and pretty well maintained. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Haven’t had to put in a work order/service yet but will update when the time comes. As for now, definitely a great place to live. Thank you to the staff for all you do."

"Just moved In about a month ago. The first day when we moved in we had no AC and took maintenance 4 days to come check it out. He put a temporary fix and said we will have to wait till summer to get a new unit put in. Then 3 weeks later our brand new GMC TRUCK WAS STOLEN from the garage. We immediately informed the leasing manager and she had no sympathy what so ever. No safety reassurance or anything. We sat in the lobby for a hour because we had requested to see the footage because we didn’t know if we were followed in and honestly we were just curious on how they got access to our vehicle. After waiting for a hour she still couldn’t find footage supposedly so we left and had asked when she did find something to please let us know. Well sure enough we never got a call back. A couple days later WE had to give her a call just for her to respond and say she can’t show us any of the footage. I am still new here and honestly I don’t feel safe leaving my vehicles in the garage and my experience so far has not been good. Also not to mention the loud thumping in the walls every time you use hot water. Wakes me up every morning"
