"The worst place to live. Rude and uncaring office staff. Incompetent maintenance staff. Our microwave broke and the door wouldn’t close a couple of months ago, the solution was to glue the door back together and it’s falling apart again. Want something fixed that’s a necessity? It’ll be at least a week due to their “miscommunications” between their staff that they’ll then blame on you. Within the last month our refrigerator, heater, and hot water heater all broke, took DAYS for each thing to be fixed and multiple visits each time being told it was fixed when it still wasn’t. We went without hot water for almost a week, when complaining to office staff after being patient each day and being told “tomorrow it’ll get fixed tomorrow” the best we got was an “I’m sorry” because they misunderstood and thought we still had hot water even though the maintenance request clearly states we don’t. Let’s not forget- maintenance will antagonize your animals when they think you aren’t home, they’ll bark and yell at them and tell them to shut up. The most disgusting behavior I’ve ever experienced from an apartment. No offer to improve any of our experience or living situation, basically told we just have to live with it and they’re “doing their best”"

"After a long day of apartment hunting our last stop was City Parc. It was refreshing to be greeted by people that wanted to help us compared to most of the other places where the staff seemed annoyed we were there. We had a really great experience and have City Parc at the very top of our list once our house sells. The complex was nice but it really was the staff making us feel that they were happy to help us. At the end of the day we want to live where we feel valued and not an annoyance."

"Horrible experience living here as a long term tenant. We moved in March 2020 and things started off alright. First thing we noticed was the flooring. They installed cheap “glue down” vinyl that was peeling up. I could literally pull the planks up as it was just laying on top of the glue. The trash valet and amenities are a joke. We had ongoing issues with our AC not working which was never fully resolved. During the summer, our apartment would reach 80-85 degrees INSIDE. The majority of our time living here was miserable and the office didn’t seem to care much about our maintenance concerns. Speaking of the people working in the office, my car was hit and run by a school bus and there was a camera pointed directly at the spot. It took almost a month of going back and fourth for them to finally release the footage to me. They originally wanted me to pay over $100 for them to make a copy. A few months later my husbands car was hit and run as well. He made a police report and spoke to the office management. However, they refused to release the footage to us and never sent it to the officer. He had to pay over $1,800 out of pocket to get his car fixed since the office refused to help us. The office staff and management are very hostile and confrontational when asking for simple favors. They are always doing last minute remodels around the apartment/building such as painting or pressure washing balconies. They give you very little notice and expect you to clear off your patio or front door so that they can paint/remodel at their convenience. You are forced to pay for valet trash and amenities no matter if you use them or not. But god forbid if your trash bag is over 5 pounds they won’t take it and they will leave a warning. When it comes to actual move out.. they will add ANY FEE THEY CAN. When they know you’re about to move out, they will make it as expensive and frustrating as possible. They charged us to replace our carpet. When I went to the office and asked them about this they became very confrontational. Rose and Stephanie began teaming up on me and making faces saying how worn and “urine soaked” the carpet was. Stephanie in specific had an attitude the entire conversation. My husbands aunt lived here a year before us and had the exact same issue at move out. They charged her to replace ALL of her carpet even though it was barely lived on or worn. READ THESE REVIEWS. There are so many of us with the exact same experience. I would never recommend these apartments to random strangers let alone friends or family. They are charging $1500 for a one bedroom apartment plus add ons that they refuse to take off. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY."

"When I first moved in, I thought my apartment would be clean. I do not know who cleaned this place but they did a poor job. Walked in there’s dust everywhere (even the outlet wall plates have dust), specks of paint all over the floor, door knobs and even my bath tub. I have vacuumed one of my rooms when I first moved in and you can see the photo and today, I vacuumed and there’s still stuff coming out. I have been here a little over a month and have been experiencing severe allergy issues.. waking up with swollen eyes and itchy skin. I have spent a lot of money trying to resolve this issue but nothing is working. I have bought shower head filters, and purifiers for my apartment. Other than that, it’s quiet here but walls are thin."
