"I'm going on 3 years here,never had a problem getting something fixed, it might have been fixed in 3 days but it gets fixed been six days still waiting excuse they have over 100 maintenance requests?New owners all new office and maintenance employees. Meshun and Emily were nice and answered the phone."

"At the moment 3 stars. Move in was rough.. “updated” apartment means they added backsplash and left the water damaged and deteriorating cabinets… maintenance at the time resolved issues using only bug spray, caulk and trim. Property has new owners now and the office staff is not as pleasant as they were before, nor do they answer phones when you call. Hopefully is just due to changes but we shall see."

"This is how well Saddlehorn Vista Apartments maintain their renters AC units. It is infuriating because they claim to clean them regularly. AC units are supposed to be cleaned. Mine has never been cleaned as you can clearly see in photos. Also, coolant lines should be properly insulated and you can see mine is not. Along with all other units in my building. So if your planning on moving into these apartments, just be prepared for your crazy electric bill come summer. You will more than likely be faced with a 300 to 400 electric bill due to the negligence our saddlehorn Vista amoungst all the other interior problems they claim to fix but never do. For example, weather proofing, I can almost guarantee that you will have air seeping through many windows and doors. They do not fix that when preparing an apartment for a new tenant and they cut many corners. They have mice, small and large roaches. I have to buy my own traps. They claim to do pest control but they do not. Worst part about that is you will be paying for pest control that does not happen. EVER! This place is horrible to say the least. "I've been living here for about 5 years. The managers have come and gone, some have been better than others. However, Our newest property manager, Meshun Board, has been pretty phenomenal. She's made great changes and some upgrades to the property. And responds very swiftly to any and all matters. Shes cares andgl has a warm and humble personality. Thank you for all you've done to make this place truly feel like our home"

"Unit 106 has mold everywhere. They tried to hide it with white paint but it was still visible. Literally all the furniture & walls were turning green and the pipes in the bathroom were old and leaking. The environment became unsafe to live in & I was getting sick & the mold was irritating my skin. The management knew about this but could not get this fixed as soon as possible. Please don’t move here if you don’t want to get sick. Worst experience and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Stay safe Everyone!"
