"I work for a different property and had just got off the phone with the property manager to do a rental verification. My applicant who put down these apartments as her current address never lived there and used it as a mailing address and I still need the rental verification form filled out stating they have no record of her living there but instead of giving me his email to do that, he wanted to argue with me and be rude about it. I’m not sure how someone like him became a property manager if they can’t do a simple rental verification, I’ve done this many times in the past when we have no records found for someone who listed an apartment complex I worked for. He needs to be retrained and learn some manners."
"Im going On almost a year since we moved in and have not had any complaints against management. Rachel has always been willing to help, is super friendly and is very understanding. The apartments are kept up with and updated on the inside and over all it’s a quiet safe place to stay."

"I've lived here for over two years no issues so far so great .The apartments here are so comfortable and i love that i have upstairs. Nice spot for me and my husband. I defiantly recommend Belmont Oaks Apartments. Rachael is great any time we need to get ahold of her she is their!! Maintenance is always up to date as well."
"I have lived here for 7 months and let me tell you. The maintenance is up today, clean outside. No issues with load noises, very peaceful. Let me tell you about our leasing agent Rachel. Anytime I have called her, she is on with the assistance I needed for that call. I have rented appartments at other places. But will say she has treated me with the up most professional manner. If I could give Rachel 10 STARS I WOULD. Thank you for making me feel at home."
